Im disappointed with the cashier that served us. We asked for an espresso shake and I got chocolate. After letting her know politely that it was wrong she responded with "no you asked for chocolate " and I told her no I didn't, I asked for espresso. Then she had that face like she wanted us to leave. My boyfriend even asked to pay for another one and she said okay hold on... she walked away and came back with syrup instead.. I was just shocked by this service. Then I told my boyfriend in my car I specifically asked for espresso.. and she leaned to the window and said excuse me, like she had an issue with me. Don't tell me excuse me so I can repeat what you're not fixing. We come here once a week and today was the worst. I come off from work at 6am and I've already had a bad morning because i am tired. Then I get attitude from her. Maybe one thing you guys should do differently is repeating the order back to the customer. If that's something you're supposed to do already then I hope this review reaches the cashier so she knows what she did wrong. It was awful all around. read more

The drive thru girl had an attitude for no reason when we just asked if they had wraps. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

How difficult is it to get no onions on my burger??? My family and I frequent here, as we live right across the street from this place. Every time my order is the same and every time they add onions after me asking them not to. On this particular day I had to wait 15+ minutes in drive thru with only one car in front of me. Annoying, but I waited as I had a long day at work and wanted to go home. After all that waiting they finally charge me and hand me my food. No apology, nothing. I get home, look in the bag, and.....you guessed it!! Onions. In my cold burger. Also asked for ranch and got thousand instead. This place is a joke. Who puts lettuce on their Nachos and drenches the burnt chips in tasteless cheese sauce? They do here. Burgers are ok, but not something to rave about. It really gets irritated that they change their prices or take off specials without the customer knowing and when we order that special they don't tell us it's not the same price it's a little higher or change the time end of the special. The breakfast special sign said Monday-Friday until 11am and I just went couple days ago. Now it ends at 10am and they cover the sign where the time is all you can see is MON. I've driven by this place many times since I live so close but had never tried it. I remember seeing a banner for a 3 hamburger combo family pack special for $11.99. I decided try the special out today as an affordable treat, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home because it was delicious. The fries were on point, cokes nice and cold and the burgers were delicious. All for a total of $13.13. Fast friendly service too. Definitely coming back regularly. read more

This place has the best burgers in Wilmington. The best part is the lettuce & tomato, always crunchy and fresh. Fries are good too.. Their ranch is just ok, get thousand islands if you like to dip your fries. So I saw this spot going towards a great burger place on Sepulveda and avalon st.. So I stopped becuase it had a banner outside saying family burger meal for 7.99 was super surprised. I had to use the restroom so employee said wait your turn in going first the rudest thing to do ever....Then I waiting went in I almost threw up there was trash over flow, there was pee and poop all over , there was no soap or paper towel, and there was a hole in on the door so someone can look in...Still hungry I came in to eat I got my burger the fries were cold and my burger had cheese. As much as I would love to eat cheese I'm lactose and can not so I asked very politely may I get no cheese and if there is an extra charge ill pay it for the inconvenience..Older lady got my plate and said sure no problem I got my burger back in a matter of 1 min .. Fries were still cold did not complain but can you believe all they did was scrap of the cheese of the patty and put it back...Poor job at that patty still had cheese in it.. i came up to front to let them know that how they did that was really unprofessional so the cook came grabbed the plate from my hand threw it in trash and said fine get a refund and leave. I give this restaurant 1 star because I bought Chili Cheese fries to go and i guess that was too difficult to achieve because my fries came with NO cheese and they looked as if they were someone else left overs. I called back and talked to the cook about it and he said making NO sense at all that they came with very little cheese because they were small size. Which shouldn't matter because they are still chili CHEESE fries. I tried to tell this to the cook but then he kept asking if i wanted CHEESE on them, well YES i did because there is a reason why i ordered chili CHEESE fries.
