The young inexperienced attendant told me to put my car in "D2" instead of "N" for neutral,,,,,,…read morethe car moved up the belt and then was stopped....another attendant tapped on my window told me to put the car in neutral... I explained what his co-worker told me to do.. the worker than said put the car in reverse I told him I wasn't backing the car up if he wanted to back it up... he could but i wasn't . The worker backed the car up and by doing so put holes in both tires on the drivers side. The tires didn't go flat I was able to drive the car home but woke up to two flat tires...again, like I said on the drivers side I called the car wash twice and left them a long text explaining what happened. I never heard a word back. I was completely ignored. Terrible customer service!! I was told they now have a sign that says....Put Your Car In Neutral.... Instead of a sign train your employees!! I will never return.... If anyone ever mentions the business I'll make it my mission to talk them out of going there.

The remote start isnt top of the line but whenever I have an issue with it or the FOB. I bring it in and they take care of it no questions asked. Be sure to buy the extended warranty on it. Without it the fob antenna has broken several times and the warranty covers it for replacement at no additional cost. As for the rustproofing, not much to say its doing what it's suppose to do. One year they oversprayed my rims with the rustproof coating. Took it back and cleaned it off. Since then have been excellent and no further issues on touchups. My only dislike i can say is the undercoating smells. It will get some getting used to until it dissipates after about a week on first application and futher applications. Service has been doing great since my first visit back in 2016 and will continue to do business with them.
