Good food, best bar-b-q in Tonopah. Fast and easy stop when driving through. Great place for a couple beers if you're staying overnight.

This is the best place to eat in Tonopah. It is REALLY good food. The whole family agreed. We had the turkey twice and it was excellent both times. The cornbread muffins are delicious! We ordered the sampler plate. Flavor was good but everything was a tad dry. Beer was good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent.

We went there last evening for what we thought would be happy hour, they don't have one. Had a beer and it was pretty good so decided to try food. My hubby ordered a 26.00 combo plate.... was burnt, dry and terrible!!!! He ate only few bites, the waitress did not even ask why he didn't eat it. I had chicken was so dry I had to use a lot of sauce( I do not like BBQ sauce btw) Also the menu is ridiculous, it needs to be redone properly!! All I can say NEVER again and shame on the staff for not caring!! Glad they don't have to worry to much about repeat business. read more

The place it self it's pretty cool but the service is not. The place was literally empty except like 5 guys sitting on the bar, and even in an empty restaurant we didn't get greeted or and we waited what seem like forever because the server and the bartender seem very amazed with the bar guys. Spent the night in Tonopah and we're looking forward to good barbecue stoped by but they were closed so headed on to Goldfield nothing was open so I drove 30 minutes back to get the barbecue. Ordered the sampler appetizer and it was good hot and fresh ordered the family bbq meal and it came out quick to my surprise. First thing I noticed is that the ribs were not properly cleaned everything was dry, tough, and cold the cornbread muffins still had the refrigerator chill on them the mac & cheese looks so old and dry and had a little sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Nothing was seasoned or cooked properly I spoke to the manager and he removed all the food from our bill. Very disappointed I guess when you're the only place in town the bar doesn't need to be set very high especially when you have just a huge tourist clientele. I read all the yelp reviews after eating here I sure hope that I don't get food poisoning like the others. I'm a chef in Las Vegas so I understand the business and take my word for it do not eat here! read more

Worst place, we've ever been too. Don't be fooled by the menu or the idea of freshly brewed beer. This spot it horrid. Don't do it.

Food and beer was OK. My wife started eating her sandwich and noticed the blue ink from the basket liners coming off on to the bottom of her sandwich roll. She also noticed a nitrate smell that first alerted her that something was off. If you eat here ask for a plate and avoid the basket liners. read more

The BBQ nachos are sinful: Waffle fries with some of the best pulled pork we've ever had topped with BBQ sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato, green onions, sour cream and guacamole. When you're driving towards Vegas and there's a nothing along the way it's fun to come into the little town of Tonopah to find a jam like this Brewing Company oh, my husband and I split the half chicken dinner which was enough for both of us. Food was better than expected, but Yelp advertised a coupon for checking in which featured a free beer with purchase of an entree. We got two sandwiches and two beers, and apparently the deal was only for the classic BBQ dishes? The main course of a lunch is often a sandwich, so I'm not sure what they classify as an entree. That being said the american pale ale was very dark and malty not so hoppy beer more like a dunkle. The double IPA was good, not very yippy as well but close to style. Other than that, the BBQ was great, the beer was great, and it wasn't much of a wait from ordering to getting our food. Staying across the street at the Best Western and decided to check it out. We tried several different brews, which were great and had a super dinner. They had a great BBQ menu. The services was friendly and quick and the food was great. We had the Burnt ends (brisket) and shredded pork. Both very tasty. read more

Do you like walking on sticky floors? Like someone poured soda all over and left it? Cold, over microwaved food? Rude waitress? Flat sodas? Then this is the place for you. The dinner was delicious. The service was impeccable. And the beer was fabulous. I had the pomegranate heifenwizen. My whole family was happy with their dinners we have the brisket and chicken and salad. The little dinner salad was great and so big and split it between two children. The coleslaw was out of this world. The table next to us had nachos which I wish we would've ordered. This place was great! We walked into a large room, with what looked like a pressed tin ceiling over us and a huge, antique wooden bar down a long side. I asked if the bar had always been there but was told that the building had previously been a garage. Good decorating job! I liked their beer, which was a pitcher of their Mucker, an Irish Red Ale, and tasty it was. We drank it with a basket of there fried pickle chips, which is how fried pickles are supposed to be: in chips! (fried pickle spears really are not enjoyable at all!) Any way, the beer and pickles were good, and we had to be very careful when we wandered back to the Mizpah. Their T-shirts were heavyweight and nicely made. I really like their logo on the black shirts. Family and friends got these as a gift from our trip. I bought a "Blood, Sweat and Beer" shirt and I should've gotten a black logo shirt too! read more

Was a 5 star place on St Patty's day.. We were excited to eat here again and drove a 3 hour round trip to get here ! Today.. The food wasn't good. Service wasn't good..What happened ?!Onion rings were .. um.. juicy.. root beer was ..watery.. potato salad was very bland..Meat was decent but lacking something this time.. Server didn't say hello ..Just came out and plopped down the menus .. There was 3 groups when we were there.. St Patty's day it was packed...
