Nothing like having a crazy busy day filled with meetings, etc... and walking out to your car to find a flat tire. Womp womp. Now I don't know much about auto repair, but I didn't think my flat tire was that bad at quick glance. So, I figured it would be okay if I drove on it a bit. I started driving to my next meeting spot and called my husband to let him know that I'd be taking the car in later, when whoa - I got an earful from him. He had me take the car straight to the nearest service center (Tony's). He said it was dangerous to drive on a flat and basically hung up on me for attempting to do so. Luckily, Tony's came to the rescue. It turned out the flat was caused by a screw in the tire. Scott took one look and said it wouldn't be a problem to patch up. He also hooked me up with the yelp discount check-in offer, which was better than the one for AAA members. A couple of hours later, my tire was good as new! Tony's offers a complimentary shuttle to take customers to/from their car, but I didn't need to take advantage this time. Needless to say, if you find that your auto needs service, I highly recommend heading over to Tony's. read more

I needed a 30,000 mile service. The dealerships all wanted $550-600. My sister recommended Tony's. They performed an oil change and replaced the filter and instead of doing everything on the 30,000 list, they performed a full inspection and notified me of what actually should be done. I found this auto shop near our new house after being treated very poorly and unprofessionally at a different auto shop nearby. First, I stopped in for a brake light being out and they fixed it within ten minutes free of charge. That was a great first impression. I went back a few months later for a repair and oil change and they were not totally upfront with me about costs and what they recommended me to get fixed. They let me know what they thought was most important since I didn't want to get everything fixed at once. It was a great price, they finished the work within an hour from calling me for approval. When I called to book an appointment, Manager Scott Petrie invited me to drop by first: he would reset the engine codes in case it might be a false reading. This place wanted to charge me 10k to rebuild my motor in in my 97 Toyota Tacoma and told me I had front end issues that I have been in an accident, this and that. Which is not true, I still receive emails from them saying my truck needs services and to bring it in. Why would I bring it in when I found a place that will do it for half of what they quoted me. The whole time I was here felt like they were trying to hustle me. They took the 160 dollars to look at my truck and didn't explain anything to me. If you have a issue with your car or truck and need something big done this isn't the place to go to, they will look at your car or truck and overprice you to get you to leave but take your money to look at it. Only giving this place one star so I could give you all the review. If you're looking for that bad review to sway your opinion away from coming here this is it. Long story short. They will dramatically over price you on nearly every aspect of their "service". Took my car in just a few months ago and they found a loose valve. $800. Loose valve. 600 dollar labor costs. Car this week was smoking from the engine and not running right with a service engine light newly lit. $200 dollars for the inspection. Just the inspection. I decided not to have anything done and will never take my car back after they states a 2.5K fix for a coolant leak. I advise going elsewhere. read more

They saved my day, for real! I had broke off my chip ignition key and was stranded at work, waiting for a tow truck. After calling Tonys, he explained to me what would need to be done and a referral to someone who could help me get a new key. Because of his expertise, I was able to get my car started and back home to my spare key, saving hundreds on tow truck and repair bills. They are def the place to go. These guys are my "Go To" for any repair I need on my cars! They "Saved my Minicooper" from going to the junk yard about a year ago and recently fixed my 2005 Honda CRV's electrical issue when they found a blown 150 Amp fuse. They could have milked me for a new alternator, Battery, ect., but instead only fixed just what was broke. They are honest and trustworthy. If I could give this place no stars I would , from the beginning they are overpriced almost charging you 100 dollars more just to look at your vehicle then they want to charge you for every little thing , I took my car into tony's for an emissions problem on the equipment one week later and 1000 dollars gone but my car now won't pass emmisons on the fumes emitting side but thank you tony's auto shop for making sure my signals work for a van that's not street legal , and for changing me for 500 dollars In just labor to be in the same spot I was in last week when I brought it there Oh yeah and on top of all that before I took it in I could atleast tell which gear I was in now that's broken, beware if you have a van they wanna charge you 200 dollars extra just to take two bolts out . last week I had to get my truck emissions-tested for MVD registration renewal. Drove to the testing center first thing in the morning, and it failed one of the three tests. Drove to Tony's, they drove me to work, picked me up after work and handed over my keys and the emissions testing 'pass' certificate. They had fixed the clogged engine valve, and drove my truck down to the MVD testing center and had it re-tested; it passed, of course, so I just mailed in the forms. I wanted to get a second opinion so I went to Tony's auto. Great job on my front shocks. 5100 bilstein adjustables on a 2010 FJ. Dropped it off at 7:30 am, gave me a call midday to let me know how the ride height was sitting, can home from work and they had a shuttle at the ready to pick me up. Looked great, as I was driving away the guy who did the work waved me down to let me know how he judged the height adjustment and asked me how it felt. This shop is simply the best. When I brought my car in for an initial appointment, they were able to fix my car and give a list of recommended fixes. I knew I had work to do on my car, but I was unaware of several problems my vehicle had. A few months down the road, I went back to their shop for a 90k my car needed. They were able to fix my car that day and even send somebody to come pick me up from my place. They're always professional, clean, and honest. Shoutout to Scott in their office. The last time I was in they were able to get me in same day and it was exactly as they had quoted. In addition, they usually are finished before the time they estimated. We had to bring BOTH cars in, multiple times for high dollar (potential) fixes and both times the staff helped talk my husband and I through the best moves to make. Even though the first decision I made, on my own was not the best the rest they helped me through and even looked at our cars for no charge.
