This place is beyond delicious, I've had it 3 times this week! I always get the Tony Special and a salted chocolate chip cookie that is so divine! I love that the line is always short, and the shop is so cute to go enjoy a sandwich in. The service has always been great! I already can't wait to go again!

I tried this place first time not expecting much & when i tell you i was so suprised that after all these years i never had this sub? Nor seen this spot ! Boy lemme tell u i got a ham sub , potato salad & the jalepnos they sell i had a feast in my office . 10/10 recommend. The workers were so helpful in ordering as well, & made it very fast ! I will be a regular now hahah! Place is very nice like a old italian deli !

I had street parking to go to Paquito Mas but the line wasn't moving there so strolled up Olive to Tony's. Ordered a large turkey on rye and I'm telling you, it was delicious. Piles of turkey with diced tomatoes and pickled and mustard sauce. It's a quaint deli with tables inside and out. Wasn't too crowded. It was extremely delicious. I gotta get back here soon.

Was starving this morning so I decided to stop by this morning for breakfast. Omg let me tell you I got the Og breakfast burrito. It consists of a tortilla 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and has browns. I got mine with sausage In it. You can ask for avocado if you want but it wasn't needed. The food is so good the customer service was great. I forgot the guys name but he was really nice and helpful! I will be back soon

My husband and I finally made it to Tony's Deli. Small Deli with friendly and accommodating customer service. I ordered the Tony's Special, Italian Cold Cut, Ham, mortadella, capicollo, salami, pepperoni, mayonnaise. The bread and meats were fresh, and it was just a perfect sandwich. It was delicious. My husband had the meatball sandwich with marinara sauce. He loved it. It was a cozy and friendly ambience. Tiko, the nice gentleman working there, provided friendly, effective customer service. We will definitely be back for more.!

Hubby and I stopped by Tony's Deli before heading to Universal Studios. We wanted to grab something to eat so that we're not spending so much money there on food later over there. Upon arrival it was around lunch time and we were the only ones there. The staff member there was really friendly and she answered any questions we had about their menu. We ended up ordering a sandwich to share which worked out perfectly as their sandwiches were pretty filling. Once we placed our order we sat and waited while she went to go make our sandwich. It came out quick and it was super delicious! We love getting deli sandwiches from time to time and it never fails to be delicious and filling. It was close by to our hotel as well, so we didn't have to go too far before heading out to Universal Studios. Definitely a go-to place for a quick bite to eat when in the area!

A great sandwich shop in Burbank! It's been years since I've ordered from Tony's and pleased to know they still know how to make an awesome sub! Had the pastrami and they did not skimp! Great value for your money! For those with big appetites, go for the larger size. For those with smaller appetites, go for the large and save the rest for later...or better yet, share! Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for your free bag of chips.

Good food fast service and very friendly cafe. The Tony special is delicious . The place is soo cute reminds me a little Italian shop.

Nothing overcomplicated--just a really solid sandwich done well. Overall, it's a spot I'd happily return to, as there are already several other sandwiches I'd come back to try despite the parking situation.

The pastrami itself is a work of art--smoky, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and seasoned perfectly without being a total salt bomb. The pickled cherry peppers give it this incredible, bright pop of heat that cuts right through the richness of the beef. It's a messy, beautiful monster of a sandwich. My wife went with the Surf 'n' Turf Bowl, which comes with their marinated "Crack Shrimp" and grilled angus beef over rice with a fresh shirazi salad. The beef was incredibly tender, but those crack shrimp stole the show--snappy, heavily seasoned, and completely addictive. You can clearly taste the quality of a high-end butcher shop in a casual, quick-service lunch. The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the wait time and the seating is also pretty limited, so it's much better suited for a grab-and-go situation than a sit-down date night. That being said, the quality of the meat here blows standard sandwich joints completely out of the water. If you're in Burbank and want a lunch that actually feels high-quality and satisfying, do yourself a favor and drop in. I'm already eyeing the A5 Wagyu Cheesesteak for my next visit!

I don't eat pastrami anywhere else because I find the meat too fatty with stringy fat getting stuck in your teeth...yuck. BUT TONY'S PASTRAMI RULES!! I don't know what kind of pastrami they use but it's so lean, so tasty and so wonderful. if you're a fan of pastrami you owe it to yourself to visit Tony's. my hubby has tried EVERY other sandwich they have and he loves everything. I on the other hand can never part ways with my two favorites so I inter-change between the pastrami and the chicken sandwich everytime I go...mmmm my mouth is watering. they also have yummy salads...really fresh veggies and nice sized salads. overall this is an awesome deli. there are 3 Tony's Delis in burbank but this one and the one on Alameda are FAR BETTER than the 3rd one...I don'e know if it's different owners or what but don't bother going to that one. the food there is just MEH and the sevice is even worse. read more

This place is clean and well maintained. Sure they don't,use gloves but they are following health inspection rules. Being in the good business myself it's easy to see these guys make everything in front of your face and they are pretty clean. I tried the sandwiches first (buffalo chicken) is my favorite. Then I tried the Mediterranean bbq. Outstanding! Takes a bit longer but well worth it. Lentil soup is good too. Happy they are near work. Great lunch place to walk to. read more

I've been going to Tony's Deli for the passed 2 year's. Everytime I go to the Deli the guys behind the counter already know what I want to get. There service is Excellent! Their bread is always Fresh and so is there meat. I really love there chopped vegatable's. It's not like subway where its Frozen veggies out the cooler. They have a killer Ministroni soup as well, you guys MUST try! Whoever's running this place is doing a damn good job! I highy recommend this place. read more

Great lunch spot Just found this awesomeness today. Their lunch special is $8-$9, but that comes with a sandwich, a 24oz fountain drink, and a salad of your choice. Most of their sandwiches/subs are $6.50 for a small, $7.50 for a large - and their portions are larger than one would except. Great taste, great value for a tiny hole-in-the-wall establishment. Friendly, too. You can eat there or take your stuff to-go. Free delivery. Better than Subway, imo. read more

When I worked at Movin 939 on Olive in Burbank we would head over to Tony's for lunch every day! Not only are the sandwiches the best around - the people behind the counter are lightning fast.. and that is good for me since I sometimes have the attention span of a breath mint and hate to wait when I am hungry. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with ranch is amazing, i asked for extra meat, so it looked like a New York Deli sandwich....If you're from the east coast and use to go to Carnegie's or Luigi's Deli and pay $13-$15 a sandwich get your butts up and head over to Tonys Deli either location (on Riverside in between Lankershim & Cahuenga tell them Allen G send you...sit back and enjoy. read more
