The sandwiches arrived perfectly cut and clearly labeled, which made serving a large group so much easier. And, most importantly, they were delicious! The bread was especially amazing and fresh! When you're feeding a large group, the last thing you want is to worry about whether the food will be good or everything will be organized. Corner Sandwich is definitely the best and must try sandwich shop! I was always a fan of Jersey Mike's but Corner Sandwich is my #1 place for sandwiches. I have always ordered the Spicy Italian, Tuna Sandy and the pastrami. I love all three sandwiches! Sandwiches here are always fresh and taste amazing. Their bread is amazing and doesn't make you feel bloated. Bread always stays fresh even after the sandwich sitting for few hours. Employees are always friendly, helpful and patient. My family and I got sandwiches for a second time here and it is officially our new favorite sandwich spot. We've tried the veggie, turkey, pastrami and italiano and all of them were delicious. The sandwiches are a bit on the pricier side but what isn't these days?! We think they are worth it though. Very, very filling, full of fresh ingredients and the star of the show is the bread. The pastrami cheesesteak is the most expensive sandwich on the menu but I love a good pastrami and this one is done well. The meat is sliced thin and you get that peppery taste. The cheese is melted perfectly and the bread tastes fresh. It's a decent size too. With chips and a drink you're looking at closer to $30 but it's really well done... and I'm picky with pastrami. 100 percent recommend. read more

I finally tried Corner Sandwiches today, and splurged on their famous "Wagyu Pastami" sandwich. It was very delicious, and very expensive. Staff were very friendly, placed the order and had my sandwiches in 10 minutes. I went for their popular No. 8 Wagyu Brisket Pastrami (Rayz way) and also got the No. 12 Italian King sandwich. First of all their bread is amazing! Bread makes the sandwich, and these guys have some good bread! Crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, but not too doughy. You can also taste the quality of their meats! The lean brisket pastrami is amazing! One of the best I've had. The Italian king was top notch! Came for the Burbank grand opening with a friend for lunch and I am so happy that they've opened up a second location! The original location in Glendale was hard to find parking at times but now they have a dedicated parking lot and plenty of street parking. The interior has a few tables and chairs to dine there.. fridges were stocked with plenty of drink options, banana pudding, chilli bomba candies, and lots of chips! Burbank has many sandwich shops to choose from. Our personal favorite is Mario's in Glendale. We ordered the turkey sandwich and the Italian. We waited about 15 minutes to order. The sandwich on its own has a decent price however add in chips and mandatory drinks (no free water), it seemed too expensive for a sandwich meal in our opinion. There wasn't any music playing which made the vibe awkward. The sandwiches were well made. Bread tasted fresh. Our sandwiches tasted fine but nothing stood out as craveable. My turkey could've benefited from an even brinier element or maybe the salt and vinegar was lacking that day. My partner's Italian was much better but again, nothing stood out as unique to need to go to this place as opposed to others. read more
