I stupidly hit a pole while reversing, giving a huge dent on the driver side fender. Being in the area, I immediately remembered how great Valley Collision was with helping me back when I got a custom front bumper and spoiler installed on my Mustang. I came over right away and asked for Danny, the owner, to see what they could do to help. Fortunately John was here and was I incredibly glad with his service. He went out to evaluate the damage and did a quick repair (thankfully). 20 minutes later and the dent was 95% fixed. We didn't want to get it repainted or fully fixed and we were more than happy with the job done. John took care of my girlfriend and I in this unexpected time and all during this hot weather. His customer service was phenomenal and he kept us laughing which definitely helped get our spirits up. Service like this is definitely what helps build loyal clientele base. I can personally vouch for their quality of work because my Mustang came out so nice that even after a year and 3 months, I've had zero issues. They use factory paint and you cannot differentiate their work from the OEM. They've made a customer for life and I cannot emphasize on how much I recommend this shop. Toyota wanted $400+ to clean the fan and change the air filter for the big battery!?! John quoted me $120. First positive is that he showed up on time. Second, he vacuumed the filter, showed me the fan is clean, and put it all back as a courtesy, no charge! Third, he gave me some advice on another issue I was having with mice in the car.
