Well I loved the Green Lion…read more Their brunches, unlimited mimosas, unlimited bloody mary's, the great musicians who played on the weekends overlooking the golf course. Just a great vibe and value. Next door? Not so much. It took away the great food and the great pricing and they gave us high-end fufu food at top beach pricing. I realize when you move to that part of town the people expect to pay more but it's just not the same. It's not as good and it costs so much more.... Like you're paying top dollar to look at the ocean. So if it was my shop I would turn it back into the Green lLon and I would open it up to people who enjoy the good life and not being gouged for it. I think they'd make up the difference in volume. Maybe they should try it.

I used to go here everyday sometimes twice a day here's where the problem started when I first went there it was quiet when you eat you want quiet all right but the music was great then I go in there one day you would think you were to rock concert the one that's there that's been there forever with the the spandex pants that are going to walk away from her she's always wearing the same thing with the tattoos the cashier I told her can you lower the music why I said well it wasn't even the music that I was used to listen to it was some crap she was listening that rap crap all right you don't do that it's a business it's not a concert hall so with that she goes well we never had a complaint before I said well then you got one today maybe half the people don't listen to the floor anyway don't even pay attention to anything past the one word all right so with that it was downhill from there all right then it was another one with short hair all right they will give me the culture I didn't do nothing and even the short one that makes the pizza I was trying to let another phone all right so I wounded up trying to improvise I said look I spoke to the owner that the owner's wife a real real phone okay about 20 minutes and I'm laughing you let me get to know me and so forth and I said look I could just not go there what is she not there so I went there with the days that not not to you know to avoid any kind of problem I guess the food was was good all right I'll get to that in a minute so what happened I went there one Friday I didn't see it I guess she was in the back I come out I completely ignored me the phone that when you come to the door used to say good morning and thank you I've been around a long time when someone stops with their manners even if it of course it ain't real mine's real my man is a real then they know good morning no nothing read more

Heard good things. Went once for slices, old, no flavor, didn't reheat well. Don't ever get slices later in the day. Decided to try with pies. Ordered two, cost $50. No better than the $6.99 pizzas you get from the franchises, and don't get me started on the counter person, never spoken to like that before, EVER! I asked several questions, she couldn't give me one answer. How is that possible? Oh, best part, charged me $5.25 for my specialty slices, listed as $4.25 on menu, jumbo, $5.25. When I asked for a refund, she told me she couldn't help me. When I told her I didn't want the pies I ordered she said they were already made. Best part, the owner, never returned my calls. I drive by multiple pizzerias to get to Tony's. I've been coming here for years, love what Paulie has done with the place over the past decade plus. Very cool story worth looking into you have the time! The theme / decor has been elevated over the past few years which took it from a small town pizzeria (lots of red and brick lol) to a cool trendier date night type spot.
