Customer service was a 2. The cashier rolled their eyes when another customer made a comment about how long they had to wait for 2-cheese slices of pizza. Service: we waited 30 minutes for our pizza. We waited an additional 45 minutes for our wings which never came. When we went to ask for our order they told me that they made a mistake and the order was never placed. My option, was to wait another 40 minutes (while they had other wing orders in the oven) or get a refund. I chose the refund. I went to talk to "Cousin David" He said there was nothing he could do about it. Sent me to talk to owner. At this point we were frustrated and hungry. We left. Every time I passed by this restaurant, I wanted to try but haven't had a chance. I like the beachy vibe of the restaurant. They have only outdoor seating. We ordered Tony's special pizza x-large, that's big pizza. Pizza tasted good, not the best pizza but still good. I don't drink sodas and unfortunately they don't have many non alcohol choices except sodas so I ordered Perrier. There are some toys and seems kids love them. On my way back to LA I passed this place and was intrigued so I stopped in. I tried to buy a slice but the kid behind the counter said they had a big party going on and weren't doing slices anymore (there was maybe 10 people if that) ok then. Wings? Nope. The legendary raves I gave this establishment up until a decade ago went right out to sea with the loss of "Tony Jr." No one there now is Abel to bake a decent pie, the ingredient quality now sux and the joke of a staff don't care since the tourists are who praise and keep them rolling. This no service, pizza spot reminds me of a good movie. Grease! My first and last time here! My wife said the pizza seems like it's not fresh and too much grease on the slices, IT's NOT FRESH! They make in advance and keep in a glass tank environment until you order a slice. Then they reheat! It was OK! I had bits of black charcoal all over the bottom of my pizza! Long story short, we were starving after driving for hours and not stopping for food. Tony's lights up from above, making it a beacon from the 101. To say this establishment was phenomenal is an understatement! From the front door to the back patio, Tony's atmosphere was absolutely stellar. They have two giant Connect 4 games as well as a couple of other games and plenty of outdoor seating. The smell is enough to make you drool but after a little bit of a wait for this fresh, handmade DAILY from scratch pizza you won't be disappointed. So, I was introduced to Tony's pizzeria over 15 years ago. For years it was my favorite pizza place but when gas prices rose high I stayed local in Camarillo. Over the last few years it has gone down hill in my opinion. As the place expands on their nightlight scene by expanding their eating area, bringing in more alcohol, adding a stage, and putting in more expensive entertainment, the quality of the food has gone down. Why am I being charged $30 for basically a HARD cracker with pizza toppings? The pizza is SO thin, the crust is VERY hard and they get skimpy on toppings. I got a pizza with half pineapple and it barely has pineapple on the slices. My husband and I have noticed the quality had been going down for a while now but we kept hoping it would get better when it obviously keeps getting worse. Sadly idk when we will be back, hopefully they'll thicken up their pizza more and not make it as crunchy. I hope the quality improves with the prices being charged. If the pizzeria is going to put money into anything, it could look at upgrading their building to be efficient for the staff. If they're going to have the bombastic party like scenes, they should have more space to cook and do a lot more. Plus, they could put money into having that soda machine that's touch screen with multiple options. I get that they want to try to stay as traditional as they can, but the pizzeria has been putting so much money into their outside venue, it's about time they start putting money into the inside of their building. read more

Came here after a concert one night and have to say it was pretty good. We ordered to go and the service was great even though there was a line of people the staff kept their cool and still were friendly and helpful. The pizza was perfect with a little bit of a crunch to it and loaded with toppings. The wings were really good too, they were a pretty decent size and had lots of meet on the them. 5 Stars I just have to give a shoutout to Desirae at Tony's Pizzeria--she's seriously amazing at what she does! Every time I've come in, she's been behind the counter making pizzas with such focus and care, and the results speak for themselves. The crust is always perfectly cooked, toppings evenly spread, and you can just tell she takes pride in her work. Last time I was in, I asked for a custom combo and she nailed it. Not only was the pizza delicious, but she was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. To start I ordered online. That's how they do delivery orders. My order gave me no estimate and after calling after waiting an hour I called my order took over an hour and a half to receive. The pizza is super bland. Go to little Caesars before you get this pizza. Also the ranch taste like sour cream. Tried supporting a local business but so disappointed. 107$ for 2 pizzas 2 small salads and Mozzarella sticks that was missing the the marina sauce. This place is more of a bar than a pizza restaurant. I do not recommend if you want pizza. read more
