I found this spot on the Too Good to Go app and I hadn't heard of them before. It's their factory and they have alittle store on site. I got there about 30 before the window closed and a lovely lady helped me. Took me in to the store and picked out like 5 different boxes of cookies. They had some other item which I'll come back and peruse some. When I got home, I noticed on one of the boxes that it was a woman owned business. Ironic as it's Women's History month. The cookies are really good. The lemon tea cookies remind me of the old Lemon girl scout cookies, which I miss. Check them out. read more

Located in the industrial area of San Lorenzo. If you blink you will miss it. There is signage on the gate but upon entry all you see are loading docs, which gives the impression that it is strictly a wear house. But there is a store open to the public. They have an impressive selection. Lots of goods to choose from. I recommend stopping in to grab some goodies. read more

Pretty packaging, horrible flavor. I just tried a chocolate chip dunk cookie.. it's straight lard, with a bit of sugar. I think they forgot the vanilla and the flavor in the chocolate. I usually LOVE supporting local businesses, especially since this is right in San Lorenzo!! But, I'm sorry, too many times, I've had to say "nope" to the cookies and desserts. Their cookies are always "off" in flavor. I think they use an inferior fat substitute. This is just my opinion. Try for yourself, but don't get drawn in by the cute packaging.... read more

I paid on the 'Too Good To Go' app and got to the location 30 minutes prior to the end of the pick-up window and the doors were locked. Calling the phone number you go through a series of promo with more than one bringing you back to the main menu. There were staff here but no one would respond or come to the door. read more

Quick and courteous service. Packaging is cute and colorful. The on-site store is well maintained and stocked. The parking lot is filled with employee vehicles, so you have to park on the street. This place is located in the industrial part of Grant Ave where there are rarely ever any visitors. The ingredients used are not overly complicated chemical names nobody can read. Riboflavin (vitamin B) and thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1) are probably the most complex names on the ingredient list. Lemon tea cookies = good lemon flavor, sweetness is just right, and crisp texture. Chocolate brownie thin crisp cookies = ok chocolate flavor, sweetness is just right, and crisp texture. They could use more chocolate flavor. This cookie is one step above cardboard. Key lime soft batch cookies = ok key lime flavor, sweetness is just right, and soft texture. They could use a little more sour lime flavor. Dark chocolate salted caramel mocha coffee cookies = not a good flavor, more bitter than sweet, and stale texture. I didn't taste any caramel. It's not my kinda cookie. Confetti cake batter cookies = inedible, bitter, and soft texture. Lemon & ginger green tea = good. Better with a wedge of lemon and a bit of honey. Pina colada luau drink mix = ok. Mai tai luau drink mix = ok. With only liking 1 out of the 5 different cookies, I can't say that I would come back here. read more

Omg the workers are so so so kind! The packaging for their cookies is CUTE! I bought a couple and gave them to my coworkers as a holiday gift! The first thing that popped into their mind is how adorable the packaging is! We all cannot get over that!! Most importantly, the cookies tasted amazing! My personal favorite has been their chocolate chip cookies. In terms of the pricing, it's affordable and can be used as stocking stuffers, which I'll do this year! We went to buy stuff during the holiday sale and we felt very rushed at check out. Bought a bunch of the Keto pancake mixes and I must say the product is garbage. I was unable to make 1 acceptable pancake after following the measurements and steps closely. I am still confused as to where it all went wrong. My husband tried making some with another bag/batch of batter. Straight to the garbage because he had the same luck. What a waste of my money and eggs. Lastly, this company needs to do better with product package. They sold a calming tea with a "kuznite crystal" attached to the packaging. It's KUNZITE. This was on two different packages for this tea. Do not recommend the products from here. read more

One of my favorite go for shopping every year I purchase $100 hundred or more of variety for the last 10 years. I take my grandchildren and they love it as well. I ordered from TGTG app and I always wondered why they would always have something to sell at a discount everyday. Now I see why. I gave them benefit of the doubt so I ordered 1 TGTG order in September of 2023. I was happy with the amount I got and thought it was a great deal. Boy! Was I wrong! Out of the 5 packages of cookies I got, 3 were expired and the other ones tasted terrible, stale to be exact. And the cookies never looked like the one in the packaging photo. I was very disappointed. On top of that disaster, I waited for 30 minutes before getting my goods; there was no one attending to customers. Obviously there was a guy that saw me standing there and he was sitting in a corner office but didn't ask if I needed help and when I asked him, he said to just wait there until someone comes. Poor quality, poor service! Will not recommend to anyone and will not be back. Good riddance! read more

I am unsure how Too Good Gourmet has stayed in business as long as they have. There is nothing gourmet about them. I believe they might have a chance of producing hockey pucks for the NHL. Terrible cookies which are so hard that one would have to let them soak in water for a week before they could eat one. So much for quality control. read more

I purchased a gift set by this company called "Wisdom of Tarot and Tea" and was surprised to find that half of the deck was missing when I got home. The art work was beautiful so I started googling them and found that it was originally created by artists named James Battersby and Christine Aguiar from Tarot Collectables in the UK. I reached out to him and learned that Too Good Gourmet does not have permission to use his work, admitted to their mistake, and still continues to sell it anyway. They have not offered him any compensation for his intellectual property, yet they continue to profit off of it? I will be sure to stay away from anything this company does in the future. read more

This business is selling a tarot deck that is appropriated (ie, stolen) from the original artist, James Battersby, then printed in China, and sold as part of their basket. The artist and creator, James Battersby, receives no credit or compensation. Only complaints from loyal customers that the decks being sold by HomeGoods and other US companies are defective. Recently purchased a tarot and tea set at Marshalls to find out that this company along with Marshalls took the artwork and idea from an artist jn the UK. As a HS art teacher, I teach students about image appropriation and how, just like plagiarism, it is jot ok to take the work of others without permission. Do better. I bought the Chocolate Chip Cherry cookies at my local Pavillions. The packaging was adorable, but the cookies were way too sweet, without any discernible butter flavor. They were so sweet that I couldn't enjoy them at all and had to toss them. If Too Good can make them half as sweet, it would bring out the other flavors. More butter and more cherries would be nice too. I gave a couple of these out as gifts and now I worry that the recipients might not have enjoyed them either. I'm big on keto snacks and have tried almost every keto product in the market. Many of them are pretty good and others are just downright awful, such as any and all of the products from this company. I've tried a variety of cookies and a couple of the cheese straws from this company, but they are incredibly disappointing. I keep giving them a chance, but each time is another let down and waste of money. All of their products taste stale, not crunchy/crispy at all, and really lacking in flavor. Some are just spit-out-of-your-mouth worthy, especially the cheese straws. I'm not sure how they're in business with products that taste this bad. Do better!! read more

hoping this'll help as feedback: i've purchased a couple boxes of these cookies since the big beautiful box packaging always looked great, but i'm always disappointed with how much empty space there is in there, with just a single sleeve of 8 cookies in each box. like, i immediately feel ripped-off upon opening these boxes, then i feel regret upon eating, and finally feel guilt for not being able to recycle the dang packaging. anyways, just wanted to say smaller packaging may actually look cuter and may end up being cheaper, but at the very least it'd be more honest and i wouldn't feel cheated every time i open a box like it was a bad Christmas joke. however i don't know what to say about the taste...like the Keto Maple Pecan was almost OK, but this Cinnamon Donut tastes like the box itself. read more

We purchased a large amount of various items from Too Good Gourmet's store. Many of the items were given as gifts to family in several states. I was told that the taste of the cookies leaves a lot to be desired. But, that is not what this review is about. I bought five boxes of the Holiday Candy Crackers. Two boxes were sent out of state and the other three were used as a fun addition to our Christmas breakfast table. The packaging is very cute. However, the "gummy" candy inside was/is awful!!!!! It is so hard that some of the gummy worms were broke in half. I had a couple of six and eight year olds who opened the crackers and were so disappointed at the condition of the candy - the bags were not even opened. The one bag that was opened, the child tried to take a bite and then spit it out. Three of the crackers were not even opened as everyone figured, "What's the point?". My sons asked me if I had purchased them last year. No, I did not! I looked at the "best buy" date on the boxes and it is 09/09/2022. That candy will be petrified by then! My son who is out of state, told me that the candy in the crackers was hard and not edible. That was before I said anything/or asked him what he thought. I did send an email to the company letting them know of this experience. I think what gets me is that a company that says something about "great customer service" did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge the email. I was not asking for my money back! Anyway - my lasting thoughts on Too Good Gourmet is that you are paying for the packaging not the items inside. If a company chooses to put stale, non edible candy inside a cute package - shame on them! Perhaps there is no quality control, I don't know?!?! read more

Don't waste your time going to the location. We went there hoping to pick up some keto cookies after seeing the post on their Instagram. We couldn't find them but did find other items we were interesting in picking up BUT nobody came out to help us. One woman did walk by but just looked in on us like we were fish in a bowl. This place is FANTASTIC! Such a hidden little gem! They have a huge variety, everything is super tasty and the best part is the packaging is so cute you can usually give it as a gift just how it is!! Had a difficult time rating this between 3 or 4 stars. The variety of cookies was fairly extensive with much to select from, but the taste of the cookies was average. The main attraction was the packaging. Boxes were artfully designed, festive and perfect for gifts. We went during the X'mas season so they spared no space in decorating their rooms for visitors and that says a lot, since their showroom is very small. Free samples were laid out for tasting made this a nice feature. Very reasonable pricing plan They are open 7 days of the week during X'mas. The building is actually a warehouse and has a very non-descript look in front and can be easily passed by. read more

I like their cookies. Ever since they started their Christmas season sales a few years backI go there about four or five times during their sale period. Some of the sales people recognize me from year to year. i eat their samples, drink their cider, and eat some more samples after which I sample all of their various dips. I usually wind up spending $20-30 a pop getting some cookies to hand out. The people that complain seem to be the type that would buy a used Chevy Vega and complain when it doesn't run like a new BMW. I repeat -- I like their cookies. read more

Seven Hills Baking Co was my first stop as I haven't had sourdough since childhood. I got their classic sourdough loaf. Even though it wasn't warm anymore it was still amazing. It was quite hard to cut into with a serrated bread knife, which I'm not sure whether that's normal or abnormal for gluten sourdough. However, the inside was lovely and soft. Nice strong sour flavor, spongy dough that was almost moist (not at all dry). I want to note on the gluten free front that seven hills baking co offers a few items which they advertise to be gluten free. Though the ingredients may be gluten free, the items are baked in the same kitchen, the same oven, and then put side by side with the gluten in the display case. Furthermore I don't believe their ingredients are all certified gluten free. Therefore I do not recommend seven hills baking co for anybody with celiac disease. Do not buy your friend with a gluten allergy or celiac these items. There is most certainly cross contact.

My son knew I was bringing cupcakes and told his classmates but I never showed. I'll still drop them off tomorrow but kind of disappointed. Not sure if I have a third chance left in me lol. This is not a review about their food but rather their lack of ethics. This company has stolen my work , stripped me and my cocreator's name off of it, lifted the written PDF directly off our site,printed it and is now selling it to Homegoods as part of a gift set called The Wisdom of Tea and Tarot gift set. I found out about it through someone who recognised my work and contacted me about the deck included with the set. These people dont even provide a full deck of cards with their product. They also refuse to respond to a cease and desist request from myself, Outrageous. If it werent for people who recognise my work they would continue cheating me indefinately. Heard good reviews of this company. Ordered some cookies, one week later and the order is still "awaiting fulfillment." Tried to communicate with the firm via their "800" number and via the "message" section of their website. Have never received even an acknowledgement of the question...let alone an answer.
