When I went in, there was a graduation cake I wanted, but I was told they couldn't sell it because they were out of cake boxes. A huge shoutout to Erin, Ankit, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to make it happen. The cake was still $79.99, but when you have no other options and people genuinely care to help, it is completely worth it. They wrote a graduation congratulatory message on the cake, secured it carefully with tape, found a large box to safely transport it, and even helped carry it out to my car. Most importantly, the cake was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you so much to Erin, Ankit, and the entire team for taking the extra time and effort to make this happen. I truly appreciated your kindness and willingness to help, even without the proper cake box available.

I called her ahead of time to make sure that the cake was ready to pick up, and since I was driving through traffic, unsure if I could make it before closing time, she totally understood. Once I picked up the cake, she instructed to me to let the cake thaw for at least 1 hour after taking it out of the fridge so that it will be soft and not crumbly.
