It is late in the planting season and other places like Walmart had next to 0 inventory. I was greeted by 2 employees as I walked through the door. Once inside, I went immediately to the garden center and was able to quickly and easily find the item that I needed. There was no one in line so I was able to quickly checkout and be on my way. On our most recent visit, I was actually contemplating buying a nice tool cart to reduce the variety of tool boxes I currently own into one portable workstation. Unfortunately, I do not have the space to put it in one of our two sheds and we don't have a garage, so I decided against the purchase; regardless, I didn't walk out empty handed, lol! They looked at me as a was carrying a large piece of floor sample and two cabinet doors. I was in the store for 30 mins with all my samples from the house looking through paint chips with zero help. I had two employees walk by and not even say hi. Another was two inches away with a customer and could have at least said can your been helped. Nothing. I was there to order paint for EVERY single inch of a 3500 square foot house, ALL the ceiling and ALL the primer. It makes me sad that it a normal for customer service so many places. This nursery is family owned (husband and wife) and they are very helpful. Prices are comparable to other nurseries, except now they're having a good sale. I like Lukas nursery because it is close to home and the variety is good, however I'm liking Focal Point more because their inventory is increasing, their property is huge so there is lots of room to move about (unlike Lukas) and not feel like you're bumping into others, and their limitation on how much chemicals they can use on the plants because of the nursery's proximity to the St. Johns River. If you live in the Geneva, Chuluota, Oviedo, and close towns, check this place out.
