We brought the vehicle in the next day, they gave us a 2-3 day estimate time of the vehicle being ready. Car was ready when they said, the work done was way more than we could have hoped for, they left it brand new they even buffed out and fixed some spots on the bumper that weren't part of the accident! Great quality work, with honest service, what more can you ask for! Bring your vehicle in, you won't regret it. I will be recommending to all my friends & family!

The first estimate was that we would get our car back in two weeks. Then after that, it became every 3-5 days, with some times where they would never respond back. We finally got our car back about 6 weeks later with more problems. The fuse box was falling off and the man told me, "There's documentation that shows it was like that when it came in." I was floored...I didn't sign off on any documentation. The suggestion from the staff was to tape the cover back up with double sided tape. The rear window wiper was installed upside down (the wiper was cleaning the license plate instead of the window), the gear shifter was very sticky, and there was a part missing from the gear box. All damages were cosmetic on the rear end, so we're not sure what they were doing in the gear box to begin with. We asked them to replace the plug and after multiple times of inquiring when it would come in, we ended up just giving up. The guys who work here are really nice. They had our car for a long time and fixed a dent for us for free, but in this case I would have preferred professional competence over "really nice". It seems like they're more geared towards auto detail instead of auto collision.

Over the past year, my car became a depression dumping ground. I'd already been in contact with Diego about clearing out my car when the drain clogged, and I almost canceled the service entirely because I was so embarrassed by how disgusting the car was. I'm so glad I went forward with the clean. Understandably, the estimate increased to include addressing the water damage, but it was still a more than fair price for what I needed done. Going in, I expected he would cover the basics and that's it - clear the trash, vacuum the obvious dirt, and dry out the footwell - not a full detail, but still a sizable task. When he arrived, I showed him where our spigot and exterior outlets were, grabbed a couple personal items out of the way, and left him to it. In all the time I've had this car, I've never seen it look as good as it did when he was done. Not only was everything cleared out, he'd gone above and beyond by cleaning seats and the center console with an attention to detail that I hadn't anticipated. He even thoroughly cleaned the carpet for the entire car instead of just the one damaged spot. On top of doing an amazing job, Diego was also incredibly polite and never once made me feel judged for the original state of the vehicle. Having a clean environment does wonders for managing my depression, and I hope I'll be able to keep things in a better state going forward. However, it's also a comfort to know that, when the depression does creep back in and the mess starts to build, I know exactly who to contact to get myself back on track.
