It came across more like they were taking advantage of the situation rather than being transparent and fair. I'm all for paying for quality work, but there's a difference between fair pricing and inflating costs because you can. I'd recommend getting a second opinion before committing here. He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Their quote to complete all that work was just under $7000, with just 1 "photo". I work in auto insurance and know car parts and that photo was so close you could barely tell what "damage" there was. I also didn't appreciate that the service advisor talked down to me like I was completely clueless. Took it to Roberto at Diego's and he took a look at everything Toyota claimed. He also took a look at the work Toyota claimed they did. He allowed you to actually look at everything he was pointing out so you could actual confirm everything he was saying needed to be fixed. Some of the work Toyota claimed they did was either not done at all or not done well and should be redone. Also, some of the work Toyota claimed was completely false and showed you exactly why. After his review my amount went down to less than $2000 to fix my car. Much more affordable and I actually believe him and he explained enduring without talking down to me. He fixed up everything in a day!! Had my car back the next afternoon. Drives almost like new now!! Highly recommended everyone go see Roberto!
