I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. My best friend and I were in Chicago for the ultimate girls day. After researching nail spots we picked this place based on the reviews. I did dip nails with tips. Sara who was very sweet did them however unfortunately she did not do a good job. By the end of the day one of my nail colors came completely off and more than half are lifting! I paid $63! That's a lot of money, especially when I'm going to have to pay it again somewhere else to fix them!! I live in Colorado and was only in town 1 day, yesterday. I've been coming here for two years every other week for the same services - dip mani and regular pedi. I've always loved the massive collection of colors to choose from and how good and natural the nails came out. Typically I see Le or Tina. That all went out the door after my recent experience where I got the worst dip mani and pedi I have ever had in my entire life and absolutely ruined this place for me. Eric the nail tech clearly has never done a dip mani before and didn't bother to use bonding, left spots all over where the dip didn't take, and didn't even file or cut down my nails. He left them with the previous shape which were in bad shape. 3 hours after I left my appointment, half my nails dip came off clean because they were not sticking to my nails. It was horrendous and frustrating after having spent $100. I told them multiple times at the salon what to fix and they kept rushing and said I would have to wait due to the amount of customers. I was leaving for Mexico the next morning and unfortunately could not come back. I seriously can't get over how terrible all the nails looked and how upset I was. The nails were all destroyed by the end of my first day and I completely wasted money. Won't be coming back after that. read more
