You can get a $5 Smoothie here with Herbalife powder that can be made to order on the spot, so you don't have to sign up if you can't afford to. I think it was $200 something dollars a month for two containers of protein powder with the flavored shake, but it's more economical if you get that 30 day supply instead of forking $10 every day (You're supposed to drink it twice a day, so $5 a shake). I'm so bad at making a protein shake at home and tend to add other things there such as berries, chia seeds, apples and all kinds of healthy crap in there. So I tend to go too overboard which adds more calories to the shake, so I usually just go to a franchised smoothie or juice bar. The problem is some of them tend to have more sugar and calories. Yes. The struggle is real. I finally found a place that only has 250 calories, and the owner only adds water and ice which is better for you. The best part is it's so close to my house!
