This place is terrible. I have been to this place many times but the service today was terrible and upsetting by the server named Alice. First I sat down and I ordered a steam egg and waited for 40 minutes. I asked the waitress Alice and she responded that she's gonna check, and never came back. So then I asked a second time. Same response. Then third. And again same thing. She was very rude. And then I ordered spicy cold noodle and corn cheese and green onion, she brought the food to my table and she threw the plates down and just walked away. I don't understand how she works in customer service with this attitude. Never came to check on us just walked fast by the table and had to say "excuse me" every time as she tried to walk by. Korean BBQ is one of those subsets of cuisines that I'm starting to see pop up everywhere in town -- it wasn't that long ago when I had to travel closer to the center of town or along the Strip just to get my Korean BBQ fix. Which is why when I learned about this place, I just had to go and try it out! Top Korean BBQ is one of the newest KBBQ places to open up here in Henderson, located within that question half-mile of strip mall and shopping complex along Sunset Road between Green Valley Parkway and Mountain Vista Street. I will admit, this is one of those restaurants I've been sleeping on since whenever I'm in this area, I tend to go to more of my tried-and-true places like Amore Taste of Chicago, The Codfather, the local Olive Garden, etc... but because of my fondness for KBBQ, I just had to go. Entering through the restaurant's double doors, the restaurant itself looks pretty much like any other KBBQ spot in town, with the communal tables and grills, the big-screen TV that plays K-Pop videos, K-Pop blasting on the stereo... but that's where the similarities end. One of the things that immediately struck me was that they have items that you don't typically find in other KBBQ joints -- some of which I ended up trying while I was there. Speaking of the food, though, OMG. Just... OMG. Everything that I had there was delicious! From the usual items such as the beef brisket, beef tongue, and beef belly, to the side dishes were amazingly good. Some of the standouts to me were the aforementioned items that you don't find anywhere else: the marinated flank steak was among my favorite cuts of meat on offer. Other items I have to shout out to include the seafood pancake, the vegetable wraps, and the skewers ( pork belly and onion, and sausage and rice cake are the way to go! ). Even just from the small sample of food that I tried, I could tell they had everything done right. It's very rare that I find places that live up to their name, but Top Korean BBQ certainly does so and then some -- as I'm writing up this review, I'm salivating at the thought of eating there again! It's one of those strange contradictory places where you want to have everything to yourself, but you also want to bring someone to share it with -- I think the next time I come in I need to bring in family and friends to share this with! Good AYCE KBBQ spot for late night dining! We went on a weekday night around 10:30pm. At this hour, only about 1/3 of tables were filled. Although they were offering late night discounted prices of their 2 other more premium menus, we opted for the basic menu at $23.99 per person. Pros: - Service: Fantastic! The hostess/server couldn't have done a better job. - Meat: We had several orders of brisket, marinated ribeye bulgogi, pork belly, and spicy chicken and all were tasty. - Ambience: One of the few KBBQ restaurants where thankfully the music isn't over the top loud :') - Good variety of appetizers and side dishes. You can order hot barley tea for free. AYCE also includes 1 Melona ice cream bar per person for dessert! Cons: - Menu: The cheapest menu option has all the basic meats (some beef, pork, and chicken options) at $23.99 - eh. It looks like this was a recent price increase compared to their previous price of $21.99 from a few months ago. Note that at some other KBBQ restaurants in Vegas, just a few dollars more per person and you're able to get more premium meats such as kalbi (bone-in short ribs), seafood, beef tongue, etc -- all unlimited and true AYCE. While Top Korean BBQ does offer kalbi, it's only on their 2 premium menus, both of which have a limit of 1 kalbi per person... Ultimately you'll get way better bang for your buck elsewhere, in my opinion. - They were out of radish wraps unfortunately. Overall I think it's a solid spot if you're looking for late night AYCE KBBQ, as they close at 2:00 a.m. even on weekday nights. If you are looking for JUST the KBBQ basics (e.g. brisket, pork belly), you'll probably get the cheapest price here at Top without giving up quality. However, I would personally pay a few bucks more and eat elsewhere to also have unlimited kalbi and seafood options. read more

The service was terrible, took forever for our order to be taken each time and one of the bussers tried to bring us back a used spoon that wasn't ours. They never initiated changing our stovetop once we had to ask once it was extremely charred. Didn't recieve parts of our order and had to ask twice as we remained polite the server seems to be very dismissive. Food was 8/10 tho pretty good. read more

I truly hate to write such a negative review, I'd much rather write positivity. But this has to be the worst Korean BBQ I've had in all of Las Vegas/Henderson. The meats had absolutely no flavor, the servers were not happy to be there at all. The meats took forever to be brought out, the grill would get burnt over so many times, and ooze and bubble. It was literally disgusting. The place felt very unsanitary inside. The fan that hangs over the grill had yuckiness all over it. This was a very "Americanized" Korean BBQ, not authentic. Oh yeah! Top Korean BBQ may just be my new spot to fix my KBBQ craving. We walked in early on a weeknight and while it wasn't "busy" there were people eating inside. As time went by, more and more tables started to fill up. The booth seating is pretty nice. I felt comfortable on the bench and at the table. They have exhaust fans right above the grill at the table, which I loved because I didn't walk out of there smelling too much of KBBQ but I hated because it was hard to maneuver some of the cuts of meat. We chose option B because it isn't KBBQ for us if we don't get beef tongue. The quality of meats here is high and I appreciate that. The portions are a bit smaller but again, I like that because I want to be able to have more variety of items sometimes. At first I was disappointed that the NY and Ribeye steaks were so thinly cut but honestly we were able to get a better cook on them this way. And they were done faster than at other places. No waiting to eat! The marinade on the LA kalbi was spot on, as was the bulgogi flavor. The sides are what really made it for me here. First, they offer (ON THE MENU!!!) radish and ssam wraps. This is how we do it at home so I loved having these items. Second, MEAT JUN!!! I've been trying to find a Korean restaurant that isn't KBBQ because I've been craving other kinds of Korean food. When I saw "beef pancake" on the menu I thought, "could this be my lucky day?" and it was!!! I ordered two and scarfed them down like it was my last meal. Last, but not least, MELONA! Visited last night, it was very busy and there was a wait. The hostess took my name down and told be it would be about an hour. I went next door to the casino and got a really reasonably priced beer. Went back in after about 40 minutes and when I asked the hostess where I was or how much longer it might be she very condescendingly said "when it's been an hour we will see, we will call you when it's ready". I returned after about a total hour and 10 minutes, there were empty and clean table so I went to the host stand again and a young man led to my table. They never called when a table was available. The rest of the service was good. The meat was ok, not bad at all but not even close to the best korean bbq I've had. The house salad and green onion salads were great. Here's what I liked: - Not many people know about them yet so we got a table without a wait on a Friday evening - The restaurant is clean - There are vents over the grills - Service was very friendly and attentive (5/5) - Most of the food we ordered arrived quickly Here's what I didn't love (in comparison to similar restaurants) - Appetizer and side options were lacking (rice wasn't even an option), even if choosing the most expensive option - Meats seemed extra salty - Grills were really close and sat higher up so there was some oil splatter and I wouldn't be comfortable bringing my toddler here My favorite items were the all of the banchan, green salad, beef pancakes, beef short ribs, and beef Bulgogi. Appetizers that were okay were the vegetable tempura, shrimp tempura, and KFC. The KFC would have been good with less sauce. Overall, this isn't a bad spot. Finally another kbbq spot in Henderson besides Gen, Mister Kim's, and Kogi! I love me some variety! Pleasantly surprised with how much is offered alongside the meats! With that being said, I chose the A menu since it had all my favorites: LA Beef Short Ribs, Brisket, Beef Belly, and Pork Jowl! Every single meat cut was great quality! Also, I found a new favorite: Spicy Brisket! Highly recommend... the spicy sauce on top of the brisket gave a sweet taste with a kick! This place offering this definitely set itself a part from other kbbq spots! I've never seen spicy brisket offered anywhere else! The appetizers and other food items were also very good. I appreciate that they also give small portions so I never felt overwhelmed by ordering too much. For example, my shumai only came with two pieces and the soy fried chicken only came with three pieces. We did try a seafood pancake. However, this was my first time trying a Korean pancake and I was not a fan. I also noticed on the menu that there were a couple types of ramen offered. I did not get to try that, but that is also something different that most kbbq restaurants do not have on their menu, so I thought that was pretty cool. I will try a ramen next time. Lastly, they offer dessert! Specifically melona ice cream bars! They have three flavors: melon, banana, and strawberry. I got strawberry, which was pretty good. Texture was very creamy and soft! Service was great. Half the restaurant was full and our server constantly checked up on us and offered us several grilled changes. All servers were pretty attentive to the guests from what I saw as well. Waters were always refilled too! In conclusion, this is my new favorite kbbq spot in Henderson. Looking for a late night diner spot and Yelp showed us this open till 2am. It was around 10pm. We walked in it was pretty busy but it took awhile like at least 4 minutes to be acknowledged. A few staff looked at us and said nothing as they walked by. I get they were busy but a Hello someone will be right with you or at the very least a smile. It was kinda awkward just standing there that long. In a positive note it smelled really good in there. Our server said 2 and sat us. No hello or how are you. We were sat and able to order pretty quickly. Lots of choices even in the cheaper option but we opted for the most expensive one and luckily we hit happy hour so it was only 33.99 I think. Like the staples at the table a few haven't had before at other Korean BBQ. Server was helpful with a few recommendations and food came quickly. When it came to changing the grill, i remembered another review someone said it was dirty when they replaced. Our was oiled up so stuff wouldn't burn which I liked. I can see why someone would think it was "dirty". We enjoyed the food and will be adding it into our rotation of Korean BBQ. read more

I came in today for lunch with my pregnant best friend. I've been to TOP sushi and this was close to my crystal shop. Top KBBQ is an AYCE korean bbq spot in the north green valley area on sunset. They have three options with the most affordable starting at $25 & the higher option as $38 I believe, I could be wrong. This is a solid AYCE spot IMO. They have a big selection of appetizers including soups and noodle dishes. They also have thinly sliced pork belly which is a favorite cut. I thought service was good and so was the food. It's definitely an above average AYCE spot. I didn't like how they offer ribeye and New York strip but it's so thin. It's hard to cook to a good doneness and just doesn't feel like a great option. Overall I'd def go back if I'm in the area but it's not somewhere I'd drive from another side of town for. Also the restroom was pretty gross. read more

I LOVE this place. The food is amazing, the cold noodles are delicious, and they always have some outdated 2014 jams blasting like it's a damn Hollister. Who the fuck still listens to G-Eazy??!! Overall, the meats are very well marinated. I am however giving it a 3 star instead of a 5 star review because I feel like the staff can be a little judgmental at times. Some of us have very strict raw meat diets and I wish they didn't look at me so weirdly whenever I ate most the meats without cooking them. let's be honest. If I am paying $30 per PERSON to do the fucking work MYSELF, how the hell can you judge ME for choosing to avoid the grill. Plus the staff should be happy. It's one less grill to clean. With all sincerity, this place could learn a thing or two from Planet Fitness. This should be a judgement-free zone. Some of us might just be too lazy and too hungry to wait for the shit to cook. The experience started well until we asked for a grill change. The replacement grill the server brought was clearly dirty and covered in an orange residue. When pointing this out to the server she dismissed it by saying, "It's not dirty. It's rust. And oil..." The biggest struggle was that I had to convince the server that using this grill is an issue to begin with, and painstakingly get this point across to someone who failed to demonstrate the level of maturity required to hold this job. January 13, 2023 - Dinner, we finally came here, close and convenient. Thumbs Up for Customer Service, atmosphere and food. I loved the utensils, they were on the heavier side, followed by the cute dishes. Can't forget the side dishes they bring, very yummy. Food, food, food - Rice is a must have, definitely Steak and Shrimp as well as Steamed Egg and Beef Tongue. This is our favorites. Lol and my son cooking for me. Mystery Arm opts for Steamed Egg, appetizers, chicken and shrimp, my son likes things like Beef Tongue and Brisket, Me and My daughters prefer the steaks. Tonight we ordered the Hanging Tender, I enjoyed that more than the other Beef options. The large intestine was recommended over the small intestine, Nobody cooked it as good as my Uncle used to. It was good but not something I would order all the time. My kids have always loved Melona Bars, so that's a plus as well (my kids are young adults) These are my food highlights. Omg. This place is amazing. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell. It smells like happiness... and barbecue. The place is nicely clean, the waitstaff is super nice and the food is glorious. My favorite was the marinated brisket.
