Thankfully Chris at Pinpoint was the 9th (and final) mechanic. Chris and George were both competent, kind, and communicative every step of the way. They treated me respectfully and Chris was dedicated to finding and fixing the problem properly - he even notified me that the ECU I had installed by a previous shop had likely been stripped from a junkyard vehicle (that shop had charged me full price and neglected to tell me it wasn't a new part). When all was said and done, I was charged very fairly for both the parts and labor.
