I ordered and the food came out after 30 minutes and only about 4-5 customers sitting which most of them were already eating. I normally get Pho at other places in about 5-10 minutes since it's only broth, noodles and meat. I asked for a straw for my water and I think she forgot. The food was okay but service was not! But I might come back for a second visit but I'm skeptical. That is the reason they only received 3 stars. read more

The Pho was excellent! I was especially impressed by the owner, who went out of her way to offer me the free drink with my order which the new waiter had forgotten to offer me when I initially ordered the food! Food was not what we expected for the 5 stars we've seen or read. The noodles was so mushy, soup had no flavor and the meat tasted like it's been sitting out for some time. Our egg rolls was burnt inside out. Spring rolls all noodles, no vegetables...we had to constantly ask for water, napkins, ice and condiments for our pho. Overall would not recommend. read more

They have the best spring rolls hands down in this area. So fresh and delicious. Their pho was also surprisingly good. Broth was not murky, but clear and clean tasting. The meat is suuuper tender. I actually really love this place but my dad says he doesn't like it because the portion is way too small for how much it costs. It is about $1 more than you average pho place. But I'm not really a quantity person. As long as it tastes good, quality is what matters to me. You can find me here on a weekday after work with a friend downing a good ole bowl of pho! Another place I really like foods good portions a great and when I happen to call when they actually were supposed to be closed they answer the phone and made my order which I didn't realize they were closed and made me feel bad but still that goes to show that they will go out of the way for their customers. Finally found a place close to home that we can visit for some good non greasy pho soup. Came when I started getting sick and as always pho helped. Husband loved the Iced Thai Tea. The waitress was happy when I asked for leafy lettuce for my egg roll.. authentic way to eat them with their fish sauce.. not with the sweet sour chili sauce. I've been wanting to try pho for a while now, but am picky about my meats. I saw that my stop for the night had a pho place right next door and decided I had to go for it. I almost chickened out when I saw people mentioning tripe and tendon, but I knew I'd kick myself for being a wuss if I didn't go try it. I am SO glad I went for it! For one, you order the tripe or tendon, it doesn't just come with the soup. I ordered the small brisket and meatball soup. It was $7.99. I also ordered curry chicken fried rice because I figured the small would be, well, small. He brought the bowl out and it was filled to the brim with broth, noodles, and meat, plus came with a side dish piled high with bean sprouts, fresh on the stem basil, a lime wedge, and a few jalapeno slices. I'd read an article on how to properly eat pho before I went, so I knew to try the broth first as well as some of the noodles, before adding any of the herbs, lime, or sauces. It was delicious, flavorful, and amazing. Yes, I know delicious and flavorful mean the same thing...shut up, I'm still recovering. I tore up the basil and dropped that in, squoze some lime juice in before dropping that in, added the jalapeno slices and some bean sprouts. I finished the all the meat and noodles and proceeded to drink the broth. All the while, Ben was making sure that I had everything I needed and that everything was to my satisfaction. Bottom line: the food was delicious, the portion size was quite generous, the price was reasonable, and Ben was an attentive server. If you are in the area, you can't go wrong. read more

Glad to have found this place! After changing locations I work, I was nervous I wouldn't find a reliable place to get a nice, hot bowl of soup on a cold day, but this is the place. Good food, friendly and attentive staff, and pretty standard pricing for a bowl of pho nowadays. Good flavor to the broth, and that's definitely not always the case with some places. One big downfall is the parking. If you show up for lunch anytime during the week, you may encounter the problem of not being able to find a spot to park (it's next to a Subway that stays pretty busy). My daughter who is 3 and I frequent this place. It just keeps getting better. When we arrive, they get excited to see my daughter, cause shes cute. And she likes pho and fishes! We always have the same, spring roll and Veggie Pho. The broth is delish, the veggies are fresh, and the water with the lime everytime is delightful! Horrible service! We have a short 30 min lunch so we phoned in our order. We were rushed off the phone. We called 30 min before our lunch to give them plenty time to prepare our meal. We got there shortly after 12 and our food (2 small orders of Pho and a bubble tea) was not done. We paid our bills and noticed we were charge $3 for extra noodles, that were not ordered. Our food finally came out, so we inspected the bags to make sure we had everything. We were not given any veggies (and mine was a meatless pho). My co-worker was charged $3 extra for extra noodles that were not ordered. And then the lady finally made my bubble tea. this is not the first time this has happened either. we will not be going back again. read more

Everything was okay with the appetizers. We ordered gyoza and spring rolls. When our meal arrived, I had chicken lemongrass when I ordered beef lemongrass. The salad on the plate was just a big chunk of lettuce with a cucumber and a watery, mayo dressing. When we received the check, the server didn't even change her mistake of the lemongrass beef that was about $1 more than the chicken one I received. We visited Top Pho in Fife in November of 2013 after reading the reviews and we were overjoyed with the quality that was presented to us for our dinner. First taste of the broth was a blissful experience and it only improved with the deliciously fresh veggies, brisket, noodles and side garnishes. My hubs and I found this place after a long exhausting day of apartment hunting. The pho was fantastic and just what we needed. The broth was tasty and flavorful, the beef very tender, and noodles were fresh. We also had the spring rolls which were soft and yummy. They use broth from a can, it contains MSG. We ordered a beef rice dish and it came out with a long stand of hair, we asked replace the dish, they brought it out with the hair still in it, and we asked to replace it again and for the 3rd time it came out again with hair, it was then refused. To add insult they tried to serve it to another member of our family. Seriously poor for business. My family and I won't be visiting this establishment again. Poor customer service skills.
