Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. I am so grateful that I found this plumbing company that did an exceptional, excellent job for both my bathrooms, and my garbage disposal in my kitchen. This whole thing started because I had another plumbing company that had a lot of advertising and branding on their vans come out. That company said that I needed to spend like $25,000 for a liner replacement. Gary took a look at some of the videos and said that he could probably fix it and there might not even be an issue. Gary came out the next day, cleared the whole pipeline, and gave me advice for the next time. He only charged me way, way less than that $25,000. (Yes, really. He said that.) called his specialist. Sorry, the water heater must be replaced, F4500 today (Saturday) or save $400 by waiting until Monday. On Monday i called my normal plumber who arrived on time. Relighted the pilot light and left in 15 minutes. Stay far away from these crooks.

I don't leave reviews and not that they need yet another 5-star review to add to their almost 1K perfect reviews, but they said they'd still appreciate one so I gladly leave this review. George and John are two very sharp and highly knowledgeable plumbers. From the initial call/text correspondence through work completion, they were very informative, personable, highly skilled, and extremely efficient plumbers. Never could I have imagined plumbing repair work could be such an easy and pleasant experience. I initially thought I was going with another plumber due to earlier availability but once I was quoted double by the plumber (also a family-run business with high Yelp ratings) who hadn't even attempted to see inside the shower part, I immediately reached back out to Rishon. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as is often the case with service providers who try to upsell and take advantage. To provide context, I was fully informed of the potential extent of repairs needed to resolve a leaking shower (old house with old fixtures), which could entail an entire valve replacement (requiring breaking of drywall) if a simpler cartridge replacement would not be possible due to calcification, and that this could only be confirmed upon physical inspection. However, to my utter surprise and delight, they were able to fix the leak without even having to replace the cartridge! They're incredible -- they inspected, took parts out, further inspected, maneuvered, blew, etc. and it was fixed. I was just taken aback by their honesty in letting me know this and their integrity to not even charge for this. Now the cartridge will likely need to be replaced at some point and they did let me know it's a part they've not come across but they're looking for it. They will be the ones to replace it when the times comes -- along with any other plumbing job in the future. They've got a new lifetime customer. They also did another job of flushing the water heater, which I understand is a must for regular maintenance. Straightforward, fast, and they come prepared with everything -- highly recommend to extend the life not only of your water heater but also your pipes and fixtures as well as to prevent leaks. Call Rishon Plumbing. Guarantee you will not waste time or money calling around for quotes or using less qualified plumbers. So overjoyed I now have a plumber to call for maintenance or issues.
