We are always greeted enthusiastically by the hostess, seated promptly, and acknowledged right away. Every server and busboy is consistently friendly and attentive. The food is always fantastic, the drinks are perfectly made, and the live entertainment on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings makes the experience even more enjoyable. My guests and I thought she might crack the bottle against the wall to open it as a result of her obvious frustration. Upsets me just thinking of it. If you're going to make the service charge mandatory 20%, the servers should be trained properly and management should be overseeing how patrons are being engaged and served. It was just awful. I genuinely saw her other table have the same vapid experience. And we were all left bewildered. The service made the food and dining experience worse. 1 star is generous. I would not recommend.
