Hubby & I came here for double date with his best friend & his wife. We came on a Tuesday because it's half-off the game price. It was crazy crowded when we first came (7pm). Our wait was about 1.5 hours, but we ate dinner while waiting so it was ok. We ended up on bay 112. Our lane was super clean, the machines worked great, and the clubs were good (no defects). We also ordered the cheese fries while we were there, and a pitcher of beer. They lose 1 Star because the beer pitcher had a solid in the middle of it, resulting in less volume of beer. I feel the beer should have been cheaper for this reason... Downstairs, they have a pretty decent-sized arcade. All the games look well taken-care of too. And the bathrooms are super clean! I wish I remembered her name but she was super helpful. They have food, drinks, game room and Golf hitting range. Rain or shine they are open to have fun. Golf clubs are at each bay for HIM and HER, and KIDS clubs are available upon request. You may bring your own too. My wife and I had fun our 1st trip and the 2nd we took the rest of the family. Each time we spent one hour and felt good. Arms were a bit wobbly after but not to bad. Kids had a little trouble at 1st since it was there 1st time trying it out. They have bunch of options here from party packages to just go anytime. Check them out online or give a call to find out if they have any deals going on. As of april 2019 they still have the 50% Tuesdays which makes it a great time to try it out and see how you may like it! They do have a 1 time membership fee but it's only $5. The arcade room is located on 1st floor. 3 floors all together. Has a lot of games from retro to new age. The bar area is big and has tables around it. And at each bay they do have tables were you can eat and drink while playing. The 3rd floor is cool to be on, while hitting the balls you could get lucky and maybe knock it up and over the net. This place was a BLAST! Came here for a company event and had an awesome time. We had the pleasure of working with Jacob as our attendant from the hours of 7-11pm. Not only was this place super accommodating they were amazing and friendly. For us the party didn't want to end at 10 with the two bays we have, we wanted to go another hour. They talked it over with their boss and was able to allow us to keep one of the two bays and continue our fun! Drinks never took to long, the food serviced was fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend this place for company get together or just to come with a good group of friends. Our Attendant/Server made what could have been a bad experience a delightful one. Two thumbs up for Jesse who attended us on Bay 230 on Sun. June 28th from 1pm to 2:30pm. He was prompt to offer us drink and take our order however some technology glitches and hiccups with the kitchen had a significant delay in fulfilling our order. He was quick to add more time, and offered us some discounts and coupons for future visits without question. I've gone to Topgolf many times over the last couple of years. I went recently on Saturday and was told it was going to be a 4-5 hours wait at 6pm. They were 100% accurate on that wait time. The wait was too long because they let us know at 10pm that our Bay was ready. We decided to go on Monday when it's less crowded. My bf decided to reserve a bay and paid the $5. However, when we arrived they told us that there was no reservation and he did not get a confirmation email or text. The employee then told us that it would be about a 15-30 minute wait and we did not mind waiting. We went downstairs to play some games and the moment we deposited money on the card our bay was ready (2 minutes later). I wouldn't have put money in a card to play if it was going to be that short of a wait. When we got to the bay, there was no host there but we've been there before and knew what to do. We ordered food and it took about 40 minutes to come out. We were still eating so we decided to add another 30 minutes. Overall the experience was good but the food took awhile to come out and we had to wave the employees down to refill water and give us towelettes. read more

I've been to this location several times because it's close to my house to eat and have some drinks. I always sit in the bar area, it was completely empty and took someone 20 mins to greet me. I love Topgolf! This was not my first time at Topgolf, but my first time at this particular location. We went in as a group of 7 and had the best time. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks, and played for about 2 and a half hours. While golf isn't my strong suit, Topgolf is a really fun time for all ages and skill levels. I would definitely recommend playing on one of the upper decks, as the lower ones feel like your on a regular golf course. We played on the top deck yesterday and had a blast. Looked like someone ran their finger through the sour cream and the nachos looked like they had fallen on the floor. We didn't send it back but got charged for 2 plates of nachos. My first time at Top Golf and it was tons of fun. This weekend we were visiting my bestie in Roseville to celebrate a chill and relaxed birthday. We came around 7-8 o clock on in the evening and we waited about an hour before it was hour turn. The place communicates via text message so they texted us when it was our turn. It wasn't hard to find other things to do to pass the time. It's a trilevel complex so we checked the other floors out, but they're all the same on every floor. There's a small arcade on the lower floor. The main floor/ second floor has a bar and food area with all the sports games on which is where we waited. They serve your typical bar food and appetizers. I recommend requesting the second and 3rd floors if you want to get a good view of all the targets. But when you get to your section you get a table and there are circulating hosts to take your order for food and drinks. And although it's outside it is very comfortable and there are space heaters to stay warm. There are also more TV's with sports games and music playing for more entertainment. I think it came out to $50 per hour, a fair price when we split amongst the 4 of us in our group. I think this place is great. It's great for the casual golfer, the pro golfer, and even for newbies. It's.great for friends and kids and adults and entire families. I would love to go back again. I cannot wait for San Jose location to open up. read more

Topgolf is one of those places I want to go to all of the time but don't get to come to as often as I'd like. This location is really nice and clean. The staff is very accommodating and kind. I've come on multiple occasions both with big parties and just two people. They are always willing to help and in a fast paced environment they do an amazing job. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is because of the pricing of the food/weird stipulations for bigger groups and food. I don't think I know nearly enough to fault them for doing these things but I would rather eat before or after than ordering food here just for it's convenience. I have loved this place and frequent with friends. So 5 stars for that service but 3 stars for event hosting. Attended a chamber event here today. I showed up 5 minutes after people had gotten food. There was about 10 more people with us. Everyone had paid for a ticket. All salad gone, condiments empty. My husband had to chase someone to see about salad and I asked someone for condiments - hard to make a fajita without sour cream, salsa, limes, etc. They never refilled the condiments and staff just stood around without loading. We had two booths-two golfing "lanes(?)", $100 of EtOH beverages to orders, appetizers. We had our personal waitress. For someone new like me, I would describe it as a fancy bowling alley type of feel. Except it's golf and it's fancier. We had a lot of fun. Each round goal is a different level. Each ball you hit has a microchip that detects where your ball hit. They also provide you with various golf clubs so you can try whatever you'd like. It was a fun time! We had to be careful not to actively hit the golf ball retrieving carts, I had to be careful not to over swing and throw myself off the edge... my actual fear.. but you were definitely well protected. I've heard of Topgolf for years but never really had a chance until recently to check it out. We were doing a mini vacation and this was definitely part of our itinerary. My husband was the one who looked up information so my experience was based on while we were there. My husband made a reservation for a weekday afternoon. It would be helpful to sign up for membership before coming here to save time. My husband did but my son and I had to do it when we got there. I felt a bit rushed since the lady who was helping us seemed to be in a hurry. My husband and son came went 2 days after our first visit and they couldn't find my son's information. I would think that's because I felt rushed when signing up on our first day. We felt safe and distanced from others while we were in our area. Kudos to the customer service from our servers. They kept on checking on us to make sure we were okay and got everything we needed. They definitely made up the lack of customer service from the lady who helped us set up. If you try to reserve and have a big party be prepared to pay the big bucks, that is what I have heard. So just go during lunch time and you can get a spot for sure. For an hour was $36, I believe normal hours and half off during happy hours, we then ordered food. If you go in the morning the prices decrease. The balls come out by a sensor, sometimes it can be slow. It is a fun experience, do not know if I would pay $36 dollars an hour to play. You take turns hitting the ball and can be up to 6 people. They got different game modes, but pretty neat how they keep track of where the ball goes. Now for the food, we ordered quite a bit. What I liked is the nachos, the pizza, the chicken wings, pizza I believe was part of it. The avocado toasts is great too. I decided to come here with my family for my birthday. Everything was fine until we got to our bay. When we arrived, the table still had dirty dishes and trash from the previous patrons. It took a minute for it to get cleared and the staff had no idea if we were leaving or just arrived. They finally cleared everything and Elizabeth, the manager, made sure to explain everything before we started our game. We decided to play for an hour and a half. About 10-15 min into our play time, we ordered our food. We had about 15 min left on our 90 min play time and still hadn't received our food. I asked to speak to a manager (more than once) and even that took time for one to finally come speak to me. I was frustrated and disappointed but eventually, Elizabeth and Erin ended up taking care of the situation so I left feeling a little bit better about my experience. Based on this experience, at this point, I'm a bit hesitant to drive out there to visit this place again, but my son loved the game experience so I will be back out there again.
