Stopped in on a Friday night after dinner. Checked in and was told the wait was 20-30 mins. No problem except when we drove by the entire lower level was open. When we asked about it, we were told there was not enough wait staff to open it. Friday night, $49 per hour per bay, I could afford to open that up and pay people to wait on the customers. Wife ordered a cookie crumble sundae that was nothing but vanilla ice cream, a ton of whipped cream and a few crumbled cookies. Not even close to the picture in the menu. We love playing top golf. It is so much fun. But if top golf is going to charge for the reservation of the bays then I should have a perfect experience. It cost $25 to reserve a bay at 9 o'clock. The bay we got was in the far left corner on the bottom floor. Seriously the worst spot ever for top golf. Anyone paying money to reserve a spot should never get this bay. Secondly the Bay's equipment sucks. My husband and I are not the best golfers so we need this equipment to work well. We are very competitive. We would golf and the equipment wouldn't show the ball had moved. For the price of the bay reservation of $25, then the price to golf for an hour for $47. I really think the equipment should be superior. The waiter we had and his manager where very nice about it. She gave 15 minutes free for the inconvenience. We are 2 working parents, we don't get a lot dates alone without our kids, so these nights are very special to us and we cherish them. So having to get a crappy bay on the bottom left corner SUCKS. Please let me know if the $200 VIP guarantees you a better bay than 101. read more

Top golf is usually fun. The service here is lacking. If you get a girl named Chasity you need to get a new server. Probably won't come back to this location because of her. Never once saw her smile, forgot drink and food orders, after we asked for the check we had to re ask again. First, let me just say that I loved Top Golf and wish we had something like it in Tulsa! We went on a cold, rainy, Friday afternoon. The covered seating areas with heating were more than enough to keep us dry and warm. The process of getting member cards was quick and efficient and we had no wait to get a space. We played the traditional Top Golf game and really enjoyed ourselves. There were waiters constantly coming by to see if we needed more drinks or food. My only real complaint was that we had some issues with balls not scoring properly and no one was very helpful to us in solving this problem. I would definitely go back though, and plan on bugging the company until they bring one to Tulsa! read more

Top Golf- so much fun!! I don't golf but my crew loves to and we have a blast every time. We have drinks and dinner while we wait for a bay which there is always a wait during peak times and weekends. The food is pretty good. They have a DJ and seating space so if you just want to have some food and drinks you can do that too. There is valet parking but does become full during peak times as does the lot. I am so so excited about this establishment! I have always attended the Allen TopGolf and this Top Golf is closer to wear I live. It's a bit smaller but new, modern and the food as usual is amazing. I always enjoy bringing out of town guests here for some golf, beer, and food. It has upgrades such as controlling your own heater in your bay and the tables are granite so it's nice. I wish it was cheaper to golf but if you have a few people it's not too bad. Can't wait to come back! read more

We've always had a blast visiting BUT if you don't have any patience avoid busy times (such as Thursday through Sunday nights) where you could be waiting for a good three to four hours on a bay! My family and I usually go on weekend mornings where there is little to no wait time. They do say 6 people can be in one bay at a time, but it gets pretty crammed. Very easy system to reserve a bay and great customer service overall. I think if you are hungry, the food here is very underrated too. We have a three year old and a four year old and this is their favorite place to go. We need to have a bottom bay (so they don't dive off) and they always accommodate us, even if the bottom bays aren't open yet. Their managers always make sure we are happy and that our kids are accommodated (it's easier to have bays with couches vs. stools). Their service is great and we will keep coming back. read more

I just moved to the area and needed something to do on a Friday night ... Myself, the mrs, mom in law, and my 2 friends decided to go check out on topgolf based on their recommendation. We show up and were told 2 hour wait ... 2 hours ... we don't really mind because we knew it would get packed and we were late to the game no problem. Amazed by the place being my first time, we took a nice lil stroll around the place .. bar is packed .. upstairs lounge is closed... so we decided to hang out in the video game area downstairs.. This is when things go from bad to worst. It is open seating and it wasn't busy .. just kids without their parents playing x box.. we see who would be our server .. call her over on 3 separate occasions ..... she literally saw us and ignored us ... stunned ... because no one there needs food or drinks, its literally just kids We see a manager figure and say hey can we get some help ? he says surely.. goes and talks to the girl who ignored us the first time and disappears... she never comes .. total shocker .. nor do we see the manager again ... We see another manager and say, hey can we please get some help, we've been waiting here for a half hour with no one else ordering food or drinks so why aren't we getting helped ? Needless to say, the girl who ignored us reluctantly came over and decided to help us with the utmost enthusiasm /end sarcasm We ordered some drinks that she forgot... and had to remind her what we ordered.. 2 pitchers of sangria ... Its 3 hours later, I go upstairs, the bar is literally empty ... and then I go outside upstairs and down and I'm like there are tons of bays open so I say hey, no one is here.. whats with the wait ? I was told we are waiting for people to be called ... I'm like there's no one here ... well as you can tell, I lost that fight and we waited another 15 minutes for an already unoccupied bay to be occupied by us .. Regarding the golf part, it was fun.. and it was a new new experience and everyone enjoyed it .. then again .. its just hitting a ball into a bunch of lights right ? Thankfully you can't mess that up. I made a yelp account just so I could write this review. This was my first Topgolf experience and all I can say is that they know how to hire some fantastic employees! From the time I walked in to the time I left I was treated with nothing but smiles and helpfulness but the star of the show was definitely our server Lexie! She walked us through everything and answered all our questions with a smile on her face. What really got to me though is how sweet she was with my son. He's autistic and I have never seen a stranger be so patient with him. I will definitely be making the hour and a half drive to come back to this location because of her! Super fun and different place to go. I've never golfed before. Just drove the cart for my husband. But he took us here and showed me a few things and I had a blast! I wouldn't say you come here for the food and drinks. But it's really cool that they bring it all out to you while you kick back on a couch. You have to sign up first with customer service and get a membership card, which isn't cool for out of towners. So when we bring our friends, they have to get a card they may not use again. On a Monday night the wait is still 45 minutes. But there is a restaurant you can eat or get drinks at while you wait. When they text you, they show you to your bay and explain how the game works. You are assigned a waiter and that's it! When you check in with customer service you decide how long you want to play and buy time in hour increments. This is my first time at this location. I was here for an event so we had reserved bays. It was fun. Hot, but fun. The food was nothing spectacular but not terrible. We had about all the appetizers on the menu. The stuffed doughnuts were fun.The drinks kept flowing. We have very attentive staff and service. I would bring the family. My company held its annual town hall meeting here. What a treat to get off work early and enjoy some TopGolf in the process. This is my first visit to this location and it's very nice!! The weather was raining and 41 degrees outside but surprisingly it did not feel that bad in the driving bays. Each bay has very powerful heaters and it made me forget about how cold it was. I really enjoy playing TopGolf with friends and colleagues. It was so fun and a very good place to bring a date! TopGolf also have a nice bar area and the food is wonderful! I highly recommend this place for any team meetings, team building activities, conferences, or other formal meetings. this was a great choice for memorial day. it was busy but then it was empty so we had the whole first floor to ourselves. walking in felt very lost they need someone to greet and direct people...and each employee kept sending me to different lines...like can you all just do everything? thats pretty annoying. the bar there was very slow. i saw several workings standing there and i get if its not their section but come and let me know not just stand there talking in a group whilst im waiting for service from someone whose busy or not tending to me lol. i mean come on dude. the service at each bay was great though. id come back and even on a holiday. service needs to get better. read more

However, I gave them just four star because last time we were there on Thanksgiving family, it took them like two hours to serve us. Service was ok.
