I booked a birthday party here after filling out an online questionnaire. Which is so funny because I live in Jacksonville, FL and put the Jacksonville location on my intake form. Somehow it got routed to them. Which at the end of the day isn't the main issue. The main issue was the poor customer service my husband and I received in the aftermath. They only gave me a partial refund for the party (which cost over $700) and didn't fully explain how they came up with the refund number they did. They just sent us more documents to sift through ourselves. They took no responsibility and had no remorse and send me the refund as fast as they could to sweep the incident under the rug. Topgolf is a fantastic venue for a super fun family outing for all ages! We reserved a 2 bay package for a family group of 9 on the day after Thanksgiving and we all had a fabulous time. Ages ranged from 10 to 65 years old and literally everyone had a blast! Some standard appetizers came with the package and we ordered some additional items. Something else I love about Topgolf is that the food sounds like typical bar food, but it's really tasty. I was expecting lower quality food, but they exceeded my expectations! read more

Was totally surprised by this place. I'm not the biggest fan of golf as a whole but I would definitely come back for more. The facility is massive with a sprawling parking lot. When you walk in the draw is to rent a bay for an hour or more where you have a dedicated server and can either play for distance, or an angry birds type game. There was about an hour wait so it was way to join the waitlist and order drinks and snacks in the meantime. We made our way to the upstairs patio and had great bar service and queso. The hour passed very quickly! When we moved to our bay we had a great sever named Harold. He was extremely attentive and explained how everything worked. He constantly checked in and took our snack orders without issue. When tots arrived alongside the flatbread everything was delicious. There wasn't a moment my Diet Coke cup wasn't filled. I will say that everything adds up pretty quickly, so be prepared...but all in all it was a great time. Kids put down their phones and adults that knew nothing about golf had a blast. read more

I haven't golfed in 15 years but my son really wanted to come here so we decided to go. They have a pricing model where it's the most expensive in the evenings where probably most people will go. It's $25 until noon, $35 until 5 PM and then it's $45 per hour for one spot that you can share. You need at least one scoring card which was $5 or so. We all pretty much suck so it was fine with one card. They have different types of games you can play but it's all about just a driving range and holes/flags to get the ball to. They have a pretty decent selection of clubs but obviously, it's not high-end clubs. The really serious golfers bring their own clubs. Last time I was golfing I had a terrible temper which ruined the day, thankfully me temper has mellowed and we had a pretty good time here even though I didn't overachieve. They have a good selection of food you can order, we just ordered their donut holes with raspberry, chocolate and banana cream that you can inject into them. Those were really good! I wouldn't be surprised if the food is good as well. They also have pool tables if you like to play pool. Service was fairly good, at times we had to wait and I didn't see any way to buzz them to let me know we needed service. read more

A few months ago, we came to this location and weren't treated very well. But after talking to the manager, James, he offered for us to come back for a free 2-hour time of golf, on them. I really appreciated how he handled my situation and last night, we took him up on his offer. James kindly greeted us when we came in and took us to our bay. We were greeted by our waitress, April and she immediately made us feel like we were in good hands with her. We couldn't be more impressed with the food, service and care that this team showed. Great night to play some golf and eat some good food. Had the pulled pork sandwiches and some sort of fried chicken. Had a side of pineapple as well. Ok, I had a bunch of pineapple. Pork was super soft and moist. Practically melted in your mouth. Chicken was good and they provided a Dijon mustard and BBQ sauce. Both tasted good and sweet. Wish I would have gotten to sample more of the foods there. Price was VERY reasonable considering this is an event type place. They had an assortment of beverages available to patrons. I stuck with coke. Very fun environment with TV and misters to keep people cool and relaxed. Would recommend this place for a fun date night. (except Paul Frey, he didn't) I have been to three or four of the other Topgolf locations, including one in Orlando - and they all seem to be set up the exact same way, which I love! Makes it easier to navigate. I compare Topgolf to bowling as you get your own "lane," which can cater to 4 people, yet you're just hitting balls. You can also order food and beverages so it's always a good time; my favorite thing I've tried is the mushi. It's like mexican sushi, or in other words a delicious burrito cut up similar to sushi. This location seemed to cater to a little bit younger or more rowdy crowd, as when I was leaving there was a girl puking in the trashcan at the entrance - so that was fun. Came here with my family when I came to visit. My brother knew beforehand of the long wait, so we put our reservation down in person and got a time estimate. The place was completely packed, which must have meant this place was a hit! We ran around to kill time and came back to get our golfing bay. It was my first time experience at a Topgolf, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We had our bay for 2-3 hours and ordered their Loaded Waffle Fries, a variety of their Topgolf Wings, and a few drinks. We got started with our bay and it was such a fun experience. The overall concept was cool with visuals and stats on an overhead TV. There were plenty of different golf clubs to play with, which I thought was very nice! The staff were very nice and attentive. Our wings came first along with an order of Guac and Chips, which confused us since we ordered loaded waffle fries. The server told us that the fries would take a little while longer and they gave us the chips and guac for compensation. The kitchen and staff were so considerate! We really appreciated it because we were starving! Everything we had were cooked nicely and had great flavor. Overall, a great place to hang out with family and friends! My first experience with Topgolf was a total BLAST. The golf itself was a ton of fun, though I think the sensors at this location might have been a bit off. The scoring was rather sporadic, and some shots that went in the targets didn't result in any points. This was a casual, noncompetitive outing, but I could see that being frustrating with a more intense group. Our server was very attentive and visited often. This is the most brilliant concept. I have absolutely ZERO golfing skills. Actually I look hilarious golfing, but I don't care because it is so much fun! There are three tiers that you can golf from. Most people seem to golf from the top from the 3rd story, but I don't mind any of the bays. They are all fun. When you arrive at the front you reserve a bay and tell them how long you want it for. Each player must have a player card. I put $5 on each of the boys cards just to keep it active. The card is what will pay for the golfing bay. It costs $20 an hour before 6PM and $40 after. When you arrive at the bay there is a set of men's and women's clubs or you can bring your own if you actually golf. The point of the game is the get the ball into one of the targets. It's very similar to darts. The more center of the target the more points it is worth. The food is all really good. Our favorites are the cheeseburger sliders, queso, and chili cheese fries. The sangria is also very refreshing while golfing. read more

This was my first time at this location and I have to say I was really impressed. It's a beautiful building. I loved that they had a valet option. Let's be honest, I'm lazy and parking there is crazy. We had gotten our name put on the list so we just had to wait for them to text us and let us know it was our time. They have a huge bar area that looks out on to the green. They have plenty of tv's around to watch whatever games may be on. The drinks aren't the strongest but they're a decent pour. The food is actually really good! Their Cobb salad is awesome! So fresh and the grilled chicken had a great flavor! The bathrooms are nice and well kept. Overall the place itself is very clean.
