The day i bought the car & got home (40 mile drive), I tried turning the car back on and the battery was completely dead. this was two hours after buying. we test drove it out here and it started just fine while we were there. we called the dude up and finally haggled him to send $50 out of the $4850 we spent to buy a brand new battery. Drove all the way out there & it was in terrible shape - I know a 2003 car won't be rust free or totally perfect, but this car was pretty bad. The pictures were misleading didn't show any of the problem spots- the door handle was missing (they said they were fixing it), there were lug nuts missing from 2 of the tires. I asked if there was anything wrong I should know about and the salesman said no that he inspected and topped off all the fluids himself - I crawled underneath and there was a rather substantial oil leak - opened the hood and saw that there was weird corrosion everywhere I assumed this was just an old car thing, but my gut said to walk away. Good decision because at another dealership I saw cars with the same age and mileage with none of the weird corrosion, rust and leaking. Found the car i wanted to see and noticed it was priced on the lot for $1500 more than it was listed online. I was told that the online price was for cash only and that the online price was the lowest the owner would go. It would be nice to mention that clearly on the website. Contrary to what all the other reviewers have said I had a wonderful experience picking up my infiniti g35 from Kenny here. He told me everything he had on it and even provided me with a Carfax report on the vehicle. I took the car to a mechanic afterwards and there were no major problems with the vehicle. After a basic oil change the car was good to go and I've been driving it hard in the canyons and multiple trips to San Diego and Santa Barbara with no problem. Totally agree with the other review. I had really BAD experience here at Topline Autoplex early this year. I read the ads, then driving a long way from west Hollywood with my friend. The vehicles there SEEMS to be good, and price SEEMS to be fair. I just need to tell you that, they are ALL TEMPORARILY FIXED. I am not lucky to know everything at that time. So I just paid money and signed all the docus at the same day. After two weeks, the CHECK ENGINE light is ON. When I headed to a repair shop, mechanic said some engine wire, the cooler, the CAT, the breaks all need replacement, which cost more than 2K dollars. Apparently, they just did some tricks and pretended everything had been fixed, only for no-warrant sale. It seems that the two young dealers are couple. How can a family biz doing like this? Asked about a car prior to visiting due to the long distance. I was told the car was in great condition after I asked about the cosmetic details regarding vehicle. When i showed up, the vehicle i came to see was in less than moderate conditions, unwashed, unpresentable, and not at all like the pictures depicted. They hid huge scratches on the car in the pictures and scratched peeling convertible hood. I drove 60+ miles to see the vehicle and it was a huge waste of time. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Not happy with the car I purchased from Kenny at Topline. The overall experience wasn't a good one either. Car was listed for $1000 more than the price online. When I asked about it they said it was the cash offer price. Include this in the ad online. After negotiating the price I made my down payment and Kenny told me the car would be ready on a certain day and when I left work early and showed up to pick up the vehicle it was nowhere to be found. I asked him where the car was and he said it was at the smog shop and would not be ready for pick up today. I asked him why he didn't call to tell me the vehicle wasn't ready to pick up and he said he didn't have my phone number. I told him the finance company had my information and he could have just got it from them. Use your head dude. Check engine light came on right after the 1000mi/30day warranty was up. I've had nothing but problems with this car ever since. In fact it's sitting at home right now because it won't start. Needless to say Kenny is a shady salesman who has no problem hooking you up with a broken car to make a buck. Kenny you should realize that the people you sell to depend on these cars. The least you can do is ensure that they are in proper working order before putting them up for sale. MY ADVICE: LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE CAR.
