I'm not one to leave Yelp reviews, but this nail salon definitely deserves this type of review. It may look pretty on the inside, but the customer service is unbelievably terrible. I've given this place multiple chances to redeem themselves, never once complaining about how the massage chairs did not work (which they did not offer to switch chairs), how my nail service was unfulfilled because the lady didn't cut the cuticles around my toe nails (rather she tapped her tool on my toe to make it seem like she did), and how I was forced to get gel nail polish since they "were out of regular white nail polish"...white is one of the most, if not THE most, popular nail color in the industry...but okay, I still went with the flow because I'm not one to complain easily. However, this last visit yesterday really did it for me. They placed me in a chair that had not been cleaned - I know this because there were dirty towels with hair, and an empty cocktail glass on the arm rest. Already a red flag, but the true problem started when there was a fruit fly in the drink that was served to me. Mind you, no one checked my ID before they handed me this drink...yikes. I told a staff member (Kaira) about this and she simply said "okay" and left....no apology, no offer to switch my drink, nothing. About 10 minutes later, she comes back saying she spoke with the owner (Jen) on the phone and she offered to have my drink switched. I was already grossed out, and asked if they could offer anything else...perhaps a small discount on my service? I was not trying to fight with anyone, I just wanted the mistake corrected. When I go to the front desk to pay, Kaira kept it VERY unprofessional as she was gossiping about the situation with her coworkers AND customers who were checking in for their appointment - she didn't even care I was standing right there, she said it loud and proud. Someone who is very unprofessional in this manner should not be working the front desk, as the front desk is the first impression of a business and she definitely did not provide a good one. I ask again for another small discount on my service (like 10-20% off) to make up for the fly in my drink, and the lady behind the register calls Jen (the owner) to ask for her permission. To my surprise, the lady hands the phone to ME to speak with HER boss. As I'm on the phone with Jen (the owner), she is talking over me and giving me extreme attitude of how the business would never serve a drink like this and that they value cleanliness....remember how I told you about the chair when I first initially sat down for my appointment? Yeah okay lol. I told her that her 2.5 star Yelp review said otherwise. That is when she offered me 20% off my service if I deleted my bad review of the business. I laughed at her, because if you go inside this place, they promote all types of high-end designer brands and actually had a Rolls-Royce parked outside the door of the nail salon one day. She doesn't care about her customers, she is simply money hungry and is a terrible example of leadership to her employees, that is why they all have a bad attitude...just like her. All this commotion for like what, only $5-10 off my service?! It was an easy fix that they failed to fix. Thus, here's the bad yelp review...because I'd rather pay the extra dollars than help her hide what type of establishment this truly is. Walked in with an appointment for a pedicure with Vivi and a full set with Tracy.i was seated and my pedicure was being done however when it came to my full set it was never done by Tracy.A man had came and I sat patiently thinking maybe he's helping her just remove my old set I had on since I did want a whole new fresh set.I was expecting to get a soak off but NO my nails were cut down to short and this man literally grabbed a nail tip and removed my old set by lifting the nails off with that nail tip.A NAIL TIP. He made me bleed on my thumb and I said ouch it hurts.He stopped and continued with the other hand.My nail beds are bruised and sore from that.He then continued to ask me if I wanted acrylic or gel x I should have asked for the price because he recommended gel x.I said okay not thinking much of it.I was charged $120 for a gel x short almond.I am not trying to bash his job however my experience was not the best.He did not fully remove the old acrylic I had in my thumb,he left it there and the back of the nail looks horrible due to the amount of extend gel he placed on.Definitely not worth $120.Only reason I booked was due to my nail tech not having availability and I needed my nails done for my pictures tomorrow. read more

Very disappointed! I went on 2/29 I saw the receptionist nails and asked if I could get the same exact thing. My nails tech agreed. (If you can't give me the same design, don't agree! I'll chose a solid color). I requested this set of nails, shorter version of corse. And got these instead (please see pics). I walked out disappointed but not upset. I saw them sing happy birthday to a customer and get her cake, the complimentary drink made up for me not being in love with my nail work. I didn't make a big deal! I was still willing to send me friend over for her bday, paid for mani and pedi. After talking to the owner who agreed to give my friend same experience and treatment that I had, sing her happy birthday and giver her drink (I was willing to pay for it). One, they didn't allow her to get her mani and pedi done at the same time, even after making her an appointment. Made her be there longer than expected. Second, They didn't provide disposable sandals. And they charged me the SAME price as gel pedi and reg nail color. Go figure! The charge that is posted is for myself only with no tip! $170 only me!!! The charge for my friend was $105 (additional) Total of $310 for two ppl When I talked to my friend she told me "I saw everyone get offered a drink, I though you had to pay for it, I never got offered one". My toe nails never dried because they did them last and I had tennis shoes, they didn't offer me sandals. Since it was a surprise i didn't think of taking sandals." What place doesn't offer sandals? THEY WONT LET YOU LEAVE UNTIL SOMEONE REMOTELY CONFIRMS YOUR PAYMENT. (You can't just pay debit like a normal business... owner is greedily attempting to avoid banking fees) I got a gel pedicure which the tech did a great job, but she then proceeded to stand over me while demanding that I Zelle her a tip which was obviously uncomfortable, she was staring at my bank balance and login details. BUT THEN, I go to the front desk to pay and the receptionist asks if I'm paying cash or card, credit or debit. Because I said debit, she said I had to pay by Zelle instead of tapping/inserting my card and she asked me my name/number while typing something on her phone. I thought she was requesting the amount from me but she was apparently texting her boss. Then I asked If she was going to provide me the number where i should Zelle to, to which she just responded "no"... so after a few minutes she asks if I sent it to which I responded, "no I don't know where to send it." She points to a sign that has the Zelle details so I sent my payment. Then she tells me that I have to stand there and wait for her to get a text from someone to confirm that they received it. I asked if I could just show her my Zelle history and she said no because my bank could reject it... which is crazy because my available balance was immediately updated which proves it went through. I was extremely frustrated because I needed to get home in time for my babysitter and I felt helpless because I've never heard of a business not letting you leave until someone remotely confirms your payment! The owner going to lose business the more she makes simple things like checkout difficult for customers. I've been coming here before they moved to this location and this is the first time I've ever written a review... I almost never write reviews but this was ridiculous! read more

This is my third and final time here. Their nails service is alright not great for the price you pay. The reason I will no longer be returning is because they do not show you a price sheet upon request. When it comes to check out they input a quantity and then proceed to up it by 10-15 dollars saying they will be texting you a "giftcard for next time use". I politely declined that offer since this was the second time they did it to me and I did not notice it the first time until I looked at the receipt when I got home. When I declined the "giftcard" they said the amount would still be the same so I would still pay $$ which is fine, I will pay that amount if that is the price but why do you input a certain number on the cashier and it appears on my screen as such and then proceed to up it using the "giftcard" catch??? This is their way to get more money out of you without you noticing as they try to distract you with "entering raffles to win luxury designer bags". No thank you. I'd rather pay more than that but actually have quality work done. Oh yeah not to mention the nail tech drilled underneath the acrylics and made me bleed! read more
