Let's just say it wasn't the best experience... I've been here twice and I honestly only let One shop touch my nails but I was in a rush for the holidays .... I can say availability and walk ins are very welcomed I don't live near but Kathy and her husband still took me in ... to my knowledge they are the only ones that work here . They took me in right away ! I know a little about nails because i myself use to do nails but I know Kathy is still trynna work on sets toget up to date. My shape and design is too bad but not the best because she was in a rush as well my gel never dried on one nail and ended up bubbling and popping Kathy then fixed it only to supply it with more gel and it peeled right after I left my nails were not even a day old before they started to look like I needed a fill !! My toes are not straight and you can see my line were they should not have cut it down overall 2 outta 5 !! Time out NOT HOW I PAID $85 for a full set and only 2 fingers of color mixed they are medium !!! My other shop would be charged me $85 for long nails with hella designs read more

I like to come here for gel but not for acrylics, as my french tip full set came out kind of dull/foggy and not shiny, and my nails got larger toward the top, and I don't like that and requested to get that filed down. I walked in to get my nails done for a wedding. The manicurist was very nice admittedly. I have no complaints about that part of my service. She recommended I upgrade to gelx and she said that it should last weeks. My nail polish chipped the next day and each of my nails fell off over the next week. My pedicure was also very rushed. I was disappointed. I called and she said she would fix the nails. I went back twice and she fixed it the first time but by the second time as the nails continues to fall off I just wanted gel polish applied on my natural nail. When I told her that's what I wanted she very quickly and roughly ripped the nails off and then the polish was poorly applied. I could tell she just wanted to get me out of there and I wanted to be done with it as well. I am surprised by the good reviews. I think the manicurist personality sells the place rather than the output. read more

I came into the shop expecting better than what I got. I wanted gel acrylic nails and I WAS NOT happy , Danny was very nice although the first time he did the nails they looked very bulky, and away too thick and the paint was not good. Even though I asked for a natural look! And I DID NOT get that. He then offered to buff the nails down to look thinner and recoat my nails with no problem, that is the only reason why I am giving a 2. They look a little better..I guess . I'm not sure these other reviewers and I went to the same nail salon because my experience was one of the worst I've had in my life. My mom and I made an appointment for 1:30 so we could be helped at the same time- we were running late so we got there around 1:35 and both people working ( the owners I presume) were busy working on a client. So my mom and I get seated and once one person finishes they start working on my pedicure. First off, they did not clean under the nail. Second they used callus softeners all the way up to my knee then put exfoliant over it and rubbed it in. I'm no professional but I don't think callus remover goes anywhere past your ankle. Then he used the nail buffer to take off the callus which I also have never seen before. Then more customers start coming in with their "appointments" and the guy starts working at lightning speed. I think the intent was that he would work on my moms pedicure while the lady moved on to somebody else. My mom didn't even want her pedicure anymore because she had to sit and wait through mine. So when I was done we decided we would just leave. The icing on the cake was that it cost 25$ and it was cash only. They didn't have an ATM so we had to go to the liquor store next door to get cash and they charged a 3$ fee. Overall I Personally I didn't feel like this place was clean there was fabric over the massage chairs that had dirty hair on it and the floor was so dirty. I will never return here which is a shame because the owners seemed like nice people- they just were not running their business professionally. read more

I recently visited this nail shop. I popped in and was told the wait could be hours because only the owners Cathy and Danny do nails now. They have fired all their staff and have not rehired any support help. When I inquired as to why, Cathy said it's hard to find a good Vietnamese girl to do the job and be on time (she prefers to work with her own ethnicity). She also mention other races do not do a good job and the styles are too "crazy" but she meant ghetto. She is not an equal opportunity employer so beware. I popped in 3 times throughout the day and finally was asked to come before closing time. I don't care this much about nails but I had a special event the next day and needed to look extra presentable. I arrived at the promised time and still had to wait an additional hour! I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The gel manicure was lovely but only lasted 4 days instead of the promised 14 days. The pedicure was rushed and I paid extra for callus remover but Cathy did not take her time sloughing off the dead skin. She did the minimal work then over oiled my feet to hide the shoddy work. She filed and cut my toenails crookedly, and when I asked about it she said my toes were crooked! The nail polish fell off within 2 days, just chipped off in whole pieces. Perhaps it was cheap polish and she didn't use a base and top coat. Needless, to say, I will not return. For the gel mani and the regular pedicure it cost me close to $60. This place is not what it used to be. Hire some support staff that actually know how to do their job and get better quality products! read more

I asked that the female owner work on my hubby's feet/hands as he's a construction worker and has worked 25 days straight and hands were rough. I can't say this place is necessarily that different in terms of the nail job that they do on your nails. However, in terms of service, the owners, who are husband and wife, are really personable and willing to be accomodating. I noticed that for customers they will stay late even past their normal business hours and I think thats a true sign of good customer service especially for their regulars! Because it was my first time here, Danny, one of the owner's also gave me a discount and told me then when I need to get my gel nails removed, to come in and they would do it for me, without me ruining my nails, which I really appreciate! I have come here a handful of times and I will now only come back for certain services. I will no longer come here for pedicures after they made the cuticle on my big toe bleed. Their manicures are not bad, I wouldn't get a gel manicure as the last time the gel polish was applied somewhat sloppy. I do go in for polish changes on my toes. They do a good job with that. Absolutely loved Danny and Kathy's survice they took me in last minute as a walkin with two broken nails. I was just ready to have them removed and have a manicure since I was on my lunch break..(I was just too embarrassed to work the rest of the day with my nails that way). If I could give no stars I would but you have to, to give a review. This place charges more than other places but I was willing to pay for good service but I had a really bad experience. I was cut really bad, not even the nail my skin was cut really bad to the point where I got a severe infection. I've seen 2 doctors and a podiatrist and I had to get a lidocaine injection to remove the nail and infection. I've had two rounds of antibiotics and gotten two antibiotic creams along with pain medication because I can't stand to put a shoe on (even after a month of this occurring) or even stand to touch it. I've NEVER experienced this pain and the podiatrist said that this nail salon shouldn't have done whatever they did! I will never go back to them.
