I did a "to go" order. I had an enchilada and a tamale. I hadn't been here for a while because I went to the Tacoma one more recently and was disappointed. So glad we stopped by because all the flavors were still there and the reasons why Torero was my favorite place. I don't consider myself as a Mexican food connoisseur but nothing was dry, undercooked and had flavor. Also I love the cabbage slaw that comes with the combos. Came here to eat some lunch with my family and left SUPER full. These potions were ginormous, so expect to take home leftovers. The food itself was nice and hot as well as very tasty. I got the Express Burrito, which was huge and I could only eat about half of it, but was very good. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and service was quick. We came in at 12:30 on a Saturday and there was plenty of open seating. The restaurant itself was a lot darker than I expected, so it was a bit hard to see in certain seating.
