My mom raves about this place so my bestie and I tried it. The parking is simple and close by & best part FREE. We had a reservation and we showed up a little early but still got sat right away. NICE! Our sever was nice but she made a little mistake with our check, she charged another table our bill and we got theirs. It will take 3 to 4 business days to fix itself. This place has never disappointed. The food is always excellent. On this occasion. We ordered the lime cilantro salad with chicken and the French dip steak sandwich and fries. Both were cooked to perfection and so tasty. The steak sandwich was so tender and the fries were so fresh and crispy. The salad had such a nice variety and the dressing was absolutely spectacular. We came here for a healthy brunch and, as always, Bazille never disappoints! This is one of our favorite spots to stop either before or after shopping. We always look forward to dining here. The staff is super friendly every time we visit. Wild Salmon Niçoise salad- I like this version using salmon in lieu of the traditional tuna. Nordstrom Burger with fries - we always order the burger. It's well-seasoned and grilled to order. After all these years of being a Nordstrom card holder and going to Nordstroms for many years, I have never tried this restaurant and I am surprised how good it is. The food was very good! I give my cilantro lime salad with salmon a 5/5 it was very tasty and healthy!! For my drink I ordered the Amelia on happy hour and it was a 4/5 don't really like cocktails but I wanted to try and it was very refreshing!! And good if you like blackberries! They have happy hour Monday through Friday from 3:30 to 5 PM. They have some good food items on there in their popular items like the cilantro, chicken, lime tacos, and they have a variety of wine, cocktails, and beers that's practically half off. I give the service 4/5 my server did forget not to add corn to my salad and give me the wrong ounce of wine, but it was OK. She was very nice and bubbly with a very good personality. I've come to Bazille since it opened here at the Del Amo location and have tried a lot of the menu options. I've never had a bad dish here, from the salads to the French Dip to the Chicken Pesto Gnocchi, etc., the food is alway awesome! The Bazille in Nordstrom's has a great menu, and the food is great. I had the brussel sprouts for starters and a burger today. The sprouts are grilled perfectly with the right amount of kick from the red peppers, but not spicy, with peanuts and a seeet honey like sauce. The burger was cooked perfectly to order and is a half inch thick, juicy with lettuce, tomato and red onions for condiments. The rosemary fries are nice and crunchy, and the service is great. Bazille is consistently good and a staple in our household. It's been one of the restaurants we frequent with a new baby. Service is always solid and the food comes out relatively quickly. My favorites are the crab and avocado salad and the French fries with the olive aioli dip! Nordstrom Brazille is a restaurant imbedded inside Nordstrom's department store. It's not very large (sq ft); but it is comfortable, full service, and has all of the amenities--like a bar. It also has its own lavatory. I mention this because in a lot of cases, you might have to walk a distance to a public restroom. On this occasion, our party ordered: a pepperoni & mushroom pizza ($18.50); Nordstrom Turkey Club sandwich w/ fries ($18.50); Gnocchi Bolognese w/ chicken meatballs ($20.50); and a Coke ($4.25). With tax ($6.18), the ticket was $67.93 before gratuity. (We also ordered a cup of coffee, which was comped. I do not think they forgot to charge us, as they provided more than one refill.) In the total scheme of things, the pizza was very good for a restaurant that doesn't specialize in pizza. It was assembled well; it was photogenic; and while it wasn't particularly distinguished, it did taste good. It had a nice, crisp, thin crust. I wish I took pictures of the gnocchi and sandwich. Both of those items presented well. The taste of these items was designed to appeal to the largest common audience. The flavors weren't adventurous; but they tasted good. That Lady and her friend decided to go shopping at Nordstrom on Hawthorne Blvd., so I got to chauffeur. They shopped and I went to have an adult beverage in Bazille. I've always liked this restaurant on the upstairs floor inside Nordstrom but didn't go very often based on two small complaints. But this last visit showed they improved these issues. Their food is super yummy but I felt they gave way too little even for me who doesn't eat too much in one sitting. This was improved and I felt my pasta was totally sufficient amount wise and cooked just right! My son felt the same about the burger. This has been one of our go-to restaurants, which made this visit especially disappointing. The restaurant was not busy, yet our table was rarely checked on. Our water glasses sat empty without refills, and requests we made were not followed through in a timely manner. At one point, while we were still eating our bread, the olive oil dish was cleared without any confirmation, which was surprising. Eventually, we had to make eye contact with the bartender for assistance who was not one assisting our table. The bartender kindly brought us napkins, refilled our water, and even replaced the olive oil. We've never had this type of experience here before, which made it more disappointing. The pleasant little surprise. I never thought, or even noticed that there was a restaurant in Nordstrom, other than the coffee shop. I stumbled across this place on OpenTable when I was looking for reservations for Valentine's Day. I browsed the menu, and it had a lot of the stuff that I was interested in. For starters, I got their crab bisque. That was probably the best part of my meal, as every spoonful was so creamy and had the right flavor of crab. I've been to other places where this isn't, the case. Alone, that's reason right there to stop by this restaurant. But, there's more. Four my entrée I got their French dip with french fries. There was the perfect compliment to this sandwich, and the portion was spot on where it was not too much. (because I wasn't going to take, the uneaten part of the sandwich home) and it wasn't too small. As for dessert, got two things: their white chocolate bread pudding and their crème brûlée. Both amazing! If I had to choose, I'd go with the bread pudding because their white chocolate sauce with spot on. Service was pretty good. It was Valentine's Day after all so there was a good crowd. It was apparent the team there was working hard so I appreciate that. Since this is inside Nordstrom at the Delamo mall in Torrance parking is super easy as long as it's not on Black Friday Open (there is no good parking anywhere you shop on Black Friday). The restaurant is located on the second floor so it is easy to find. Reservations were also easy to make and they called me the day before just to confirm my reservation. Unfortunately, it was really tiny. Even if I wasn't that hungry it was really tiny. It was their crab avocado salad with two little pieces of bread. Could've used a lot more salad, avocado and crab. The Lime Cilantro dressing is addicting, I can eat salad everyday with this dressing. Herb Fries are good, but what makes it bomb is the Kalamata Olive Aioli. This aioli is delish!
