To put it short, I adore Francesca's. I have always had great experiences at all of their locations. However, the staff, mainly Tiffany, at this location in Galleria at Tyler is by far the best. While the price at first glance can seem like a little much, the quality of the products has made them permanent staples in my closet. I'm not one to go online and write a review, but I keep meaning to post this. I am a frequent shopper of Francesca's. I love the style and the atmosphere. The whole place makes me feel really special. From the moment you walk in and are greeted till you check out, friendly faces are always there to help. Most of the time, I come in just for some general, but if there is ever an event I need help shopping for, the staff at Francesca's always has my back. Something that makes this Francesca's my favorite one is the people. I first met Tiffney in this store a little while ago. She was so helpful and kind with my shopping experience. Her attention to detail and how she helped me find what I was looking for went above and beyond. Shopping at the mall yesterday with my twin 12-year-old grandchildren for back to school and my granddaughter found a couple of pieces of the little jewelry that she liked and Caroline was absolutely amazing! Came in today to try on a few occasion dresses. I always find what I'm looking for here. The staff is always smiling and friendly too, however today Caroline was beyond amazing! I was shopping with my toddler, and she had a full blown melt down. Caroline put a Disney frozen song on for her from her phone and sang to her. I visited this store for first time yesterday. It was also my 12 yr old daughters first time picking out a dress for a special occasion " 6th Graduation ". We drove from Anaheim CA, to Riverside based on good reviews. When we entered the store we were approached by a young lady named Tiffany who offered to start a dressing room for us. She asked my daughter who is very shy a few questions about her style and brought her 3 dresses. The employee went off to help another customer and so I began selecting other dress options for my daughter to try on. I'm not sure if the employee was offended by this or the fact that I stepped into the dressing room a few times to assist my daughter with zipping the dresses up, but her demeanor quickly changed. She began ignoring me when I asked for smaller sizes , she at one point snatched a few dresses out of my hand while I attempted to put them back on the rack , She rushed pass me almost knocking me into clothing racks, she really made us feel so uncomfortable that we just decided to leave. On our way out we overhead Tiffany being rude with another customer, she acted as if she were the store owner. Normally i would have asked to speak to a Manager but I didn't want to ruin the day for my daughter. This review is based on Sales girls attitude not the store it's self which have very unique and beautiful dresses. First time. I had a bad customer experience with Lee. She could have been more considerate regarding my transaction which the company deducted twice from my account. No fault of my own and yet I had to follow up and drive out of my way for her to in turn be irritated with me and not even offer any sincere apology or discount for my problems. Other than her being on vacation to why she should not have to go above and beyond her own title. BUT I would like to say a big thank you to Mariah for taking ownership and following through. I've never had such an amazing, uplifting experience at the mall quite like I did today. The two sales associates, Caroline and Emily, went out of their way to compliment my outfit choices and gave me advice on how to accessorize certain things to fit my body type and fashion style. They even went above and beyond to make me blush and feel so comfortable in my own skin again. My mom was with me and she was assisted in finding a great deal on some shoes that were so versatile and complementary to her physique and style. If we weren't experiencing a pandemic I would give each of them the biggest hug. Outstanding customer service. I am beyond impressed and my whole week has been made. 100/10 read more

Every time I'm in this location the girls that work there are so sweet. I never have a negative experience. You guys are always patient and kind. Seeing such a negative review really disheartens me. People don't realize how the things they write and negative reviews they leave can really affect someone's livelihood. Emily and Caroline were two of the best customer service workers I have ever encountered, truly. I came in feeling nervous and overwhelmed because I am not a stylish person in the least, and these two were so helpful and uplifting in every way. They helped me pick out different outfits and told me what other outfits I could make with the clothes I had at home, they truly went above and beyond. They gave me some of the nicest compliments and helped me regain my self confidence in the short time that I was shopping there, I left the store smiling cheek to cheek because of them! The store displays and overall appeal was stunning and very clean. However, they could use some training on proper etiquette. There were three associates in the store and as soon as I walked in I was not greeted nor did I receive a smile. Also, all three of them were standing behind the counter hunched over/leaning just talking among themselves. When I checked out they were not friendly and it was apparent they were in "weekend mode" because they were just gossiping about their personal lives. Having a retail background at a store that probably made ALOT less of money..... we never displayed this behavior. They need to step up their game and have better standards. read more

I tried to return them at this location, e-mail in hand, and the two employees would not let me return them without the packing slip... even though I had the original e-mail with prices and my cc number.
