Food is okay, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The person who answers the phone (July) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and when she finally answered she said, "Are you going to order or not?" with a bad attitude. When I went in person to pick up that same order, I politely asked for only red salsa, and she got upset because they had already put other salsas in the bag. She refused to change it and acted like it was a huge problem. Management seriously needs to train their employees. I won't be coming back. read more

Hands down the best torta place with lengua ever. Their tortas are like panini pressed so it never falls apart!

Really good tasty food made on the spot, tortas are so good, chilaquiles, tacos. They have a drive through window, you can also order ahead or eat inside. It is in a sketchy area right behind Greenville ave and Park Ln. but the establishment is super clean, spacious and comfortable. Great friendly service! Good prices! read more

These tortas are huge! I got the tejana it's filled with fajita and cheese I opt out on fixings I know I know but plain is how I like it! It's a small hole in the wall behind McDonalds on Greenville and park. Y'all check em out they have a variety of menu items but the tortas were calling my name! Looking for a late night Mexican spot. Found this spot at 9:30 pm. They close at 10 so they had us order to go. We had a group of 12. They rushed our orders and we were out in no time. The restaurant sits big groups, service was quick and efficient but a lady with short hair was pissed that we where there 30 min before closing. I figured they would be happy to make some some extra money for the night. But any how.... I still give them 5 stars because the other staff was very nice. The food was a 10! Can't wait to come back! Wide has been here before and decided to come In for a dinner meal. Location is a bit out of place small lot in front of an school. Split a torta pachuceña which was milanesa (thin breaded beef) and ham, came with aguacate, onions, cheese and tomatoes. I have to say the meat was good the ham was cooked up and overall great taste. The quesadilla was ok I loved the cheese but there bistek was ok, I don't know if it was seasoning or texture of the protein but nothing special. The suadero tacos my wife got were good though I tried one of hers. Good tortas, what I liked about it as well was that instead of chips they gave you some churros con Valentina not the sweet churros but the ones the paletero sells. Me and my classmates came here on lunch, the food was okay. It wasn't horrible, after we ate we decided to get a tres leches cake and personally it was not good! The quality was overall bad and it didn't taste like a regular cake. Once it came down to tell the server that i didn't like it, she was very dismissive and tried to tell me it was fine. When I was placing an order I noticed the menu had no prices, so I was a bit unaware of what my torta was going to cost. To my surprise... after waiting over 30 minutes for one torta... Best experience for Mexican food in Dallas by far, a little hidden gem with big flavors! The manager approached us and introduced himself as well the restaurant. Can tell there is a lot of passion for the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and checked in with us frequently. Everything was very freshly made and so flavorful. The red sauce packs a big punch for heat and flavor. The green sauce was milder in heat but was not lacking flavor.
