We appreciate that we can trust them and don't try to get scammed like at O'Reillys (they tested our battery told us it needed to be replaced. We paid $400 for a new battery and then when we switched them out we tested the old one again and found out it was still 70% life in it. (Then they lied about it) and we had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund). As a woman, I appreciate being able to come to the auto store and feel comfortable. Today Vishal helped me out, and I felt SO respected and helped. He was so professional and kind. Very impressed with him and this stores hiring manager. Next morning at the opening l went in and the manager said there is no wallet in their lost and found. There was only one transaction ( which was by credit card and traceable) done after mine the night before. The regional manager has not returned my call since 8/11/23. Either one of the three employees or that last customer has lifted and used my cards every where they could in Marysville area. The 8/10 manager on duty confirmed there was no other traffic or customer was there after l left the store except that customer who made credit card purchase at 8:57 per the cash register records.

I called about some automotive double back tape to put some trim on my Tundra. The guy that took my…read morecall was named John I believe (I think he was the mgr) and he gave me my choice between a 15' roll and a 60' roll. I said I'd like the 15' roll and he had to order it from his warehouse or another store, but promised it would be there the next day. So I went in the next day and he said they no longer carried the 15' roll but that I could take the 60' roll he had in-store and bring back what I didn't use. That roll is about $35 with tax, but he didn't even ask my name, just said bring back what I didn't use. So I used about 12' and brought the remainder back to WESCO a couple hours later and told him to charge me for 15' as that is what I had asked for originally. He refused to charge me at all and said he would just write the rest off for store use. Can you believe that? What a great guy. What a great store. I will definitely shop there in the future!
