I shopped there on 8;51 pm 8/10/23. I left my wallet on the counter 9 min before their closing time. Only one person and two cashiwrs were at the store when l left. Next morning at the opening l went in and the manager said there is no wallet in their lost and found. There was only one transaction ( which was by credit card and traceable) done after mine the night before. The regional manager has not returned my call since 8/11/23. Either one of the three employees or that last customer has lifted and used my cards every where they could in Marysville area. The 8/10 manager on duty confirmed there was no other traffic or customer was there after l left the store except that customer who made credit card purchase at 8:57 per the cash register records. read more

Shout out to Brian. I drove to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Totem Lake today with the check oil light showing on my dash. He found the correct oil for my car and put it in the engine for me. This is notable as I broke my leg earlier this year. Although I can drive it is difficult to get in and out of my car and walk around. I never left my car. That is customer service at its best!! read more

Super helpful staff and excellent customer service. 5 stars for the employees. -1 star for having to do your own research before coming and to compare costs. Their system and sometimes the staff doesn't have all the information you need regarding the right fit/tools. Luckily, they have a really easy return policy. read more

These guys are the best! I went in today because my brake lights went out. Kevin helped me replace the lights and we quickly found out that there was more to the problem. Kevin recommended a mobil mechanic, Sebastian and offered to give me his card. Sebastian happened to we there at the time and was happy to help me right then. He eventually figured out there was a blown fuse. They were able to fix this quite quickly. They both were very kind and friendly and helped me to get home safely. Craig was extremely helpful, actually took time out of his day to fix an issue with a tire that the guys in my shop couldn't fix. He jacked my car up took the tire off and actually fixed the issue. Amazing customer service!! Went in today because I had a headlight out and the young man helped me by installing it and checking to make sure all my other lights were working. Then I realized I needed oil as well and he put that in for me too! He was very helpful and spent about 25 minutes with me making sure I had everything I needed. I will be going back for all my automotive needs! read more

The last time I had to replace a headlight I went to a different auto supply store in Kirkland and was completely disappointed by their customer service. This time around, when helping my parents replace their headlight, I decided to give this O'Reilly's a try. One of the guys who worked there, Mike, went completely out of his way to help me out. After simply asking him if he thought I could install it myself (mind you, I'm a female who knows very little about cars), Mike immediately offered his assistance and quickly went out to my car and installed the new bulb for me. Yesterday a friend and I were picking up food at the restaurant next door, and when I parked my car, we noticed the hood was steaming quite a bit. I am a teenager and don't know much about cars so I called my dad to come take a look, as I noticed a light (turned out to be the coolant light) had come on when I first got in the car. (This light had also come on about a week ago, and my dad simply replaced the coolant which was near empty, seemingly solving the problem). He arrived and figured out that a hose had broken leading all the coolant to leak into the engine, and went in to o'reillys to buy a new hose segment and coolant. This was around 8:45 pm, and the amazing employee working at the time (I believe her name was Rebecca, I'm so terrible with names though I'm sorry!) went absolutely above and beyond. She found the correct part, and supplied us with a funnel and wrench to borrow. The tools my dad brought ended up not being strong enough to cut off the broken part of the hose, so when I went back in to see if we could borrow some shears, she not only let us do so, but came out and got her hands dirty helping my dad to attach the new hose and replace the air intake that had to be moved to get to the problem. We were out there in the cold about a total of an hour, and although they were closing and closed by the time we finished, Rebecca stayed to make sure everything worked out and was so kind, funny, and informative. My dad is a big car guy and frequents this location, and I feel so much safer knowing I can come here for compassionate, thorough, and all together above and beyond service! read more

Most of the people at THIS store know what they are talking about. Seriously though, ask to talk to Jef W. hes a genius with cars and will tell you the no B.S. to your questions. If you don't know what youre talking about, he will try to do it for you. He even gives his personal number out for people to call him for questions. I recently had a wiper blade fly off my car. (Yes, this was a bit shocking) Upon walking into O'Reilly's to buy a blade I noticed that they had a window that said they install wiper blades for free. As an weak old lady this It is very difficult for me to put on the blade, so i was most grateful for this service! The gentleman who helped confirm that I choose the correct blade was very gracious, professional and kind. He confirmed they would install it providing it was a simple installation, that was fair. When I came back to get the blade installed ( because it was for a different car) a nice young man who was already outside helping someone else, simply took the blade and installed it in a minute, and he noticed it wasn't aligned properly and advised me to get it adjusted and that was likely what caused the blade to fly off.
