Cheese was melted on top, rather than chopped into the meat which probably added to the dry textur. The bomb comes with onions, peppers and mushrooms. The onions were way too large, the mushrooms were hard to find and the peppers were fine a little over cooked but that's ok. It did require more seasoning, I don't think the veggies were cooked with the meat, just mixed in. Maybe just add instructions when ordering. But actually I feel they need to up the quality of the beef Or shorten the time on the griddle maybe. Pizza is awesome.
