I ordered the grilled eggplant wrap with fries, and my dad ordered the chicken flortine dinner. there was also a slight messup with the order, as it came out with fried eggplant. Luckily someone noticed and offered to remake the order, but it turned out to be just fine. I opened it, got home, and enjoyed my fried eggplant wrap and the mozzarella on that wrap tasted just like fried mozzarella. so i liked it. my dad also liked his meal as well. Ordered a chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato and mayo on a hero. Got exactly what I ordered. Very generous portion. I really liked the thin chicken cutlet. And the lettuce was fresh! Even before the plandemic, Tosco's food wasn't great. Now, disgusting. I ordered a chicken salad wrap. The chicken was hard, burnt and just plain gross. I only ate it because of the highly inflated price due to this government operation they call 'covid'. It had to be one of the worst pieces of chicken I've ever had. Their pizza is doughy on the inside consistantly (particularly their pizza with toppings). The wrap was burnt as well. What a waste. PS: the govt has been testing those mrna vaxxes since 2014. Surprise! Press release right on Moderna's website. Guess the news didn't tell you that huh? Then Fauci says in 2017 that the current administration will face a pandemic. Update for a new visit. Since the last time I was here, they raised the prices on the online ordering to 20% over the menu prices. Given that they also charge extra for using credit cards in the store, I've now change from a customer for life to someone who is only going if someone else is buying. Ordered the Calamari Fra Diablo, which was not ready on time but was tasty, but the large garlic twists coming with the dish became small, hard garlic knots instead. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service when it comes to delivery. Was told twenty minutes for delivery. Called after fifty minutes of waiting and was told another 15 minutes because the oil needed changed. Waited another 25 minutes for the delivery to show up at our motel. Some of the items were missing so I called to see about what could be done about it. I was told that they can't run back out those items. No offer to refund or fix the problem. The veal parmigiana was the toughest piece of veal that I've ever had. read more

I ordered a plain pie and was pretty disappointed with the quality. There are 3 types of pizza places in the Hudson Valley/NYC metro region in my opinion: 1. New York City pizza 2. Food is good. They just massively increased their prices. I bought a dozen wings today and I used to pay $10. They charged me over $15. I asked why so much? They said they raised there prices. That's a high increase. I recommend going to Marinas down the road about a mile. A dozen wings are less than $9 and the wings are just as good. Sorry Tosco's you lost my business. read more

I've been a loyal customer of theirs forever.. I never posted before but after Friday's I ordered like usual. Finally the food comes and bad enough it was ice cold and the quality sucked they forgot my garlic knots for the 2 orders. Called and had to wait 50 minutes for them to arrive... But the worst part when I called after 30 minutes to find out where they were.. William was so rude and HUNG UP on me . Well, goodbye to my business and I used to recommend them to many people and friends and now they lost their business as well. FYI: Watch out William also likes changing the prices I've called him out numerous if times as well and warned my friends and he was still doing it. ALWAYS ask for a register receipt! My pregnant wife orders lunch from here frequently around noon with a few other people from her job because they deliver and have lunch specials. She ordered they $6.95 penne ala vodka special at 12:30 pm and the full dinner plate came. She called and spoke to the owner and told him that she ordered the lunch special not the $18.95 dinner. I've been in customer service for over 10 years. A simple refund of the balance would have been appropriate. Or a free lunch special voucher at a later date to make up for the over-charge would of been appropriate as well. You know how this guy handled this situation ? I ordered pick up with a friend of mine from here last night and was thoroughly impressed. We decided to have a mini feast and ordered a lot of different things. A large pizza, a dozen wings, garlic bread, and six of their huge garlic knots. Everything was really delicious. With the abundance of pizza places in the area, I wouldn't say that anything jumped out at me as being totally different than other places, but the price point and quality of food is what would bring me back in here. Additionally, I can appreciate the friendliness of the girl who took my order and the accuracy of when she let us know the food would be ready. Its refreshing to be told a time it would be ready in (20 minutes) and it being ready once I arrive in 20 minutes. All in all, I don't think a lot of the reviews (or lack of photos on here) do this business justice, and I highly encourage everyone to give it a try when in the mood for pizza or wings. You can order from here because the food is good just don't get it delivered. It's been over two hours and we have yet to receive our order.

Good tasty pizza, reasonable prices. Lots of specialty pies available by the slice. Try the shrimp oreganata, the eggplant, the chicken marsala, the sausage pepper and onion or just a plain slice! So many choices, so little time. I haven't caught the chicken Alfredo pie yet but I hear it's amazing. This location went through a number of pizza type places over the years but this one got it right and should be around for a long time. Young guy who owns the place is usually around and is very pleasant and responsive to any request. read more

Website says free delivery if over $15 but you spend $30 and they still charge you a dollar fee.. menus are not complete online, but if you ask for a paper copy (which I did) they dont have it. Prices are not accurate and the girl on the phone doesn't have a clue ( im not speaking of her personally, but business wise one should know the menu and what it has to offer) if they can get that aspect in check this place would be perfect... like I said food is excellent but sometimes it's not worth the hassle to call for delivery and pray that everything comes out as advertised online. read more

These people deliver to my house at least five times a week, sometimes more than once a day. One day they delivered the wrong pasta with my chicken carbonona and they still deserve a five star rating for that meal because it was just that damned delicious. I'm from NJ and I've tried literally every single Italian place around Harriman and Tosco's by far blows them all out of the water. They're the only restaurant with amazing tasting marinara sauce and REAL mozzarella sticks! Order from them if you want to have a nice dinner or appetizers at home while in quarantine. The food at Tosco's pizza of Monroe is disgusting. Managers are putting wings and already-flattened dough in pans in the cooler all night, to sell the next day. They do not give a damn about quality food or customer service. The owner needs more food handling training. Plus I think the staff is aware they are serving horrible food and their moods / service reflects that. Also the past few times I have ordered from Tosco's, the pizzas have been overcooked and burnt. I get home and notice that my pizza is overcooked and burnt. When I called to place my order, I even specified that I would like the pizzas to be taken out earlier since the last time they were burnt. I returned and spoke with the supervisor about getting my money back. I was informed that they cannot do this. I wanted to get my money back and go someplace else to get our dinner. read more

This place deserves no stars, but that option unfortunately isn't available. I recently went in for a slice of pizza. The slice I was given must have been sitting around for a long time because even though they heated it up it tasted like cardboard and I threw it in the garbage. As I was walking out they took out a fresh pie so I came back and ordered a slice from the fresh pie. The owner(or manager) asked me 3 times if the pizza was good. I got tired of him giving me the third degree and I told him that the first slice was in the garbage and the fresh slice was ok. This man must have thought I was a fool because he said that there was no difference between the slice that ended up in the garbage and the fresh slice. He asked me 3 times how the pizza was, and not only did he not care that the first slice could not be eaten, but to claim that they were the same shows a total lack of respect for his customers. He never even offered to make good for the garbage slice. There are many pizza places in the Monroe area. There is no way that I will patronize this business again! read more

We order from their Rosedale location frequently. They make the biggest pizza ever seen!!! One pizza can fill up 6-7 adults. They have yummy gourmet pizza like chicken bacon ranch. Their Mexican dishes are enough to fill two people as they come with 2 sides. Their pizza is rather salty so make sure to have plenty of water. read more

We absolutely love Toscos. We order from them at least once a week and have it delivered. They are usually at our door in less than 45 minutes, every time. Last week we ordered the garlic parmesan wings, a sausage calzone (with sauce on the side) , an Italian hero, and a pizza with meatballs and mushrooms. Oh my God, It was Biblical !!! I am six foot 1, 260 pounds, and a construction worker, I know and love my food. Even the regular Buffalo wings are stupidly awesome . Call these guys for a delivery. You will not be disappointed. Ive been here before and asked for provolone cheese on my cheesesteak sandwich and got nasty ole american glob waxy cheese and i complained no one offered to give me the one I asked for. now may 11 2017 I ordered spaghetti and meatballs lunch special. ok im chewing the meatball ok so far then I swirled the spahghetti and started chewing that and WTF i have a piece of plastic im chewing 0on i spit it out thinking I couldve choked if I had swallowed this. Now i go ot the man behind the counter actaully this boy was very lax in customer service talked slow like he was dying or something, and i said what is this. He asked me where did i find it i said in my SPAGHETTI! he never said oh wow im so sorry ill make more or give me my money back.
