First I like this places name, it's. Pretty unique unlike the usual pizza something or Frank's. That aside the service was very friendly and I felt appreciated as a customer. Plus when they forgot my salad dressing they remembered immediately and grab it to place in my bag. The salad I enjoyed, since look like they cut all veggies outside the lettuce paper thin. Felt like they took care to make nice. As for the linguine pescatore, never had it before so I was taking a chance, it was very good creamy tomato sauce and plenty of seafood, very generous amount. Sadly this experience was not what we were hoping for. We ordered 2 chicken parm subs and a pepperoni pie ($44) Although the chicken parm taste was really good, all the food was cold. When I originally picked up the order the pizza box was not hot which made me ask the gentleman at the counter if it was freshly made, he quickly responds with "it was". When I got in (5 mins from our house) my husband and kids complained the pizza was cold and I'm now reheating "freshly made pizza". I called them to let them know and was met with the same response, no apology no fix. This is unfortunate because I've heard such great things about this pizza shop, but we won't be back. K&D, Planet pizza and Marina are a much better option. read more

Ohhhhhhh Pizzarama! You get me every time - and by that I mean - putting gluten on my gluten free pizza! I'd imagine one would understand that by asking for a gluten free crust, one would also require gluten free items on top of the gf crust too. I asked for sautéed or grilled eggplant and they added breaded strips of eggplant - no no Pizzarama! That won't work. My husband ate it and said the eggplant was awesome but yet again - I have not been able to write a purely positive review in the last couple of years regarding this under experienced establishment. If you have intolerances and allergies - seek pizza elsewhere. read more

The best pizza in the area and only use FRESH toppings unlike most of the local places ! Crust isn't too thick so doesn't fill you up with bread like most places . LOVE the hot pepper options! Specialty pizzas are good, we like the arugula slice but they're specialties are a bit expensive for what they were. $20 for a large pizza with just sauce and arugula on it. I've been seeing some reviews saying that Pizzarama wasn't what it used to be. FYI: This is because one of the owners that worked there isn't working there anymore and current management does things differently than the original owner. They're also constantly swapping out puzzles makers so consistency might be hard to come by here. read more

Very clean pizzeria and you can tell the pizza is made with care. The employees were very nice. First time visiting after shopping at Woodbury Commons and within ten minutes there were fresh specialty pies available. We tried the vodka slice and grandma slice, they were both delicious but the vodka is definitely a favorite. I would add chicken next time. First time here. This place is new. I got the eggplant parmigiana pizza . The sauce was very good. Thin crust. The edges where crispy. The pizza was very very good. I have only ordered takeout 3 times from them (gave them a chance) and have mixed reviews. The Grandma Pie is square, hardly any cheese with a thin tomato on it. The bread was so hard, I actually though I chipped a tooth. Inedible. Caesar Salad: It was soggy iceberg lettuce drenched in dressing. The calamari? Tough as nails. Inedible. Worst calamari in my life. The eggplant parm pizza was ok, but lacked flavor and mozzarella. There was hardly any cheese on it at all. I did like ordering the pizza with just eggplant on it. Seemed to have been my favorite, and still it was "eh." I hear that restaurants these days avoid using the proper amount of garlic for flavoring so they don't get complaints -- but this is downright tasteless. The delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes. Just had their grilled chicken hero with pesto, fresh mozz, roasted red peppers, and arugula. Amazing, served on fresh hero roll with actual crust and airy insides. Had to add some good balsamic from the fridge because their balsamic vinaigrette ain't cutting it. For $8 this is an incredible meal. Really fresh and delicious! read more

Went to give the 'new' place a try. (Work in the area for delivery) While the food might be good, the delivery guy and one other guy working there-stink! Delivery guy forgets the entire order even though it's in the car, so waited for 45 minutes for him to bring back the rest of the order. BTW it happened more then once. Decided to go in and eat there. OMG the guy at the counter stinks soooo bad of cigarettes that I got sick and just left the food there (I did pay before leaving). Also place closed without explanation for weeks that makes them unreliable. Was expecting a "5 star" or near pizza, but definitely not what yelp has as "5 star". Taste is a 2 star at most ( bread is tough like cardboard). They are friendly and deliver but, that's all the good. This is one of the best pizza places in Monroe. Their thin crust pizza is SO good. While their plain cheese pizza is good, make sure to try the arugula pizza & the white pizza. I also heard the buratta pizza is good but I haven't tried it (yet). We will DEFINITELY be back! read more

Excited about a new pizza place in the area that might be halfway decent, we tried this place when it first opened. The service was a bit slow and disorganized and the pizza was about average. We chalked it up to the growing pains of opening a new business. About a month later, hoping this would improve, we gave it another go. The service was even worse this time, without absolutely no competent management. We ordered pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken rolls and chicken cutlets. The pasta was not drained and the meatballs were hard. The chicken had the consistency of rubber as it had clearly been reheated. The pizza was burnt at the ends and was so thin at the center that the front half of the slices were basically glued to the box. I've never seen dough so unevenly rolled out on a pizza. We ultimately had to throw most of the food away as it was barely edible. I'm not sure we'll give this place a third try, and frankly I don't anticipate Pizzarama being open past the end of the year. It goes without saying, but everyone should be cautious of places that have all 5 star reviews. There is nothing to stop owners, employees and their friends from making reviews. read more

I moved to Monroe from Queens less than two years ago. As a result of growing up in Queens, I am very selective when it comes to pizzerias. Lenny, the owner, is as good as they come. He understands great service and it's easy to tell that he takes pride in his work and food offerings. The pizza is really good and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients. I am a big fan of his pasta dishes. You can tell the pasta is hand-made. Try the cavatelli! I am just starting to work my way through the full pasta dish menu and will have more updates.
