While I love to support local owned small business, if they can't provide quality food and engage in deceptive business practice, I tap out. They solved the parking problem for pick-up, which is great (there are reserved spots for their restaurant). Last I checked they switched sauces for their spicy chicken teriyaki and the new sauce isn't good, but all of their other food is great.
