When flying out of BDL recently I stopped in this Escape Lounge, which is like a "Centurion Lite" lounge. All the folks working here, especially the lovely young girl with the piercings at the bar were great! They were all so friendly and helpful, especially her. The lounge itself it actually a decent size, but was packed for the 3 hours I was in there. Thewy have lots of decent looking food on the buffet to try, but I didn't have any (wasn't hungry)... I also really needed to get work done and so I worked the entire time. I liked that there was plenty of seating that had outlets accessible to them so I could plug in. Overall, definitely one of the better Escape Lounges I've been to. I'll be back!

This was a much needed upgrade! They have one of those fancy machines that makes different kinds of coffee drinks and also dispenses hot water and milk. They also have a regular coffee machine with several types of milk- including almond milk. Food options for breakfast included scrambled eggs, pork sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese and vegetarian sausage, country potatoes, fruit and pastries. The staff here seem pretty friendly and used dishes were picked up quickly. It was very quiet when I arrived at 7:30am but it got quite crowded in here around 9am. They have two single gender neutral bathrooms which were very clean. I'm thrilled to have this new lounge at Bradley!!

We enjoyed our cheeseburger and chicken sandwich at Beer Code Kitchen & Bar Restaurant before our flight and had really good customer service. I fell in love with the beautiful wood benches at the airport from Green Furniture Concept. The only thing that took a while was getting our rental car when we first arrived. Apparently, many employees tend to call in sick when the weather is nice leaving a short crew to handle everything. Sad many employees will do that just about anywhere. Happy Yelping :)

I'm almost 98% positive I have reviewed this airport before, but for some reason my review is gone,…read moreso let's give this a go. I was in Connecticut a few weeks back for a wedding and ended up back at Bradley International Airport super early on a Sunday morning to fly back to Los Angeles. I've had pretty solid experiences flying out of Bradley in the past as it's a super small airport so you are usually in, through customs, and sitting at a gate in a pretty short amount of time......well, that certainly wasn't the case a few weeks back. I'm not sure what was going on, but Connecticut was emptying out because the airport was absolutely packed when we arrived and TSA was at a standstill. The main issue with this airport is the complete lack of options when it comes to literally everything. Food? not early or late. Prices at the shops? assault in every way (I don't care if this happens at every American airport, I'm not going to accept it), and worst of all, it always feels so dang stale. Like the air is just sucking the life out of you. Overall, Bradley International Airport is a decent enough airport and somewhere that I know i'll be flying in and out of in the future. I've been here tons of time and I always end up where I need to go. It is what it is.

There is only one lounge in the airport, the Escape Room and like the airport, it has its charm and is outstanding - the food, drinks, and the service makes it truly awesome. When my buddy and I arrived at the airport early, we hiked a bit to the North Concourse between Gates 18 and 20, walked downstairs (there's also an elevator) and signed in using my Priority Pass...Chelsea checked us in, informed us about the set up, and since it was a bit early, she also tended bar, pouring beer, making mimosas, as well as spicy bloody marys. Her pleasant and professional demeanor and service with a smile was infectious. In addition to Chelsea's outstanding service, the food in the Escape Room is great, much better in taste and selection than many of the other lounges I have visited throughout my travels. The Escape Lounge in the T.F. Green International Airport is definitely a lounge worth visiting...well, at the airport, it's the only option, but well worth visiting.
