It's so nice that they have this pop up lounge available for priority pass and Amex card holders and it's a nice little something while you wait for your flight. It's not going to be your typical/regular lounge experience but they do have wine, beer and light refreshments. From smuckers pb&j (I know, what a throwback!) to wraps and sandwiches. Chips, granola bars and fruit are also available for a lighter snack. Overall, great little popup lounge with chairs and comfy couch/chairs and they even have little charging stations for you to take to your seat.

I don't have to deal w/ the stress of sitting in hours of traffic, expensive tolls, or navigating the chaos b4 my trip even begins. 1 of the biggest perks is how quick everything usually is. The security lines move fast,& I've rarely had to wait very long, which makes traveling so much less stressful. I also really like the newer renovations they've made the airport feel more modern, clean, & welcoming, w/plenty of dining & shopping options while waiting for a flight. The only downside is that ticket prices can sometimes be more expensive compared to flying out of the NYC airports. Even so, for me, the convenience, shorter drive, & overall smoother experience are well worth paying a little extra. Whenever I have the option(it can have fewer direct flights than NYC), Bradley is my 1st choice. It makes the start & end of every trip so much easier,& that's something I really appreciate!

The drive is less stressful, traffic is usually much smoother than heading south toward New York, and I don't have to deal with the congestion that often comes with JFK or LaGuardia. The airport itself is clean, easy to navigate, and has a much more relaxed atmosphere. Getting through the terminal feels straightforward, and I appreciate that everything is conveniently laid out. There are places to grab a bite or a coffee while you wait, and overall it makes traveling feel a lot less hectic. While I'd love to see even more nonstop flight options, the convenience alone keeps me coming back. Bradley is definitely worth considering over the larger airports.

Got a very delicious Cosmopolitan from a super friendly bartender. I would say that the highlight of Cloud Nine was the staff - very attentive and friendly. As for the foods- my French Onion Soup was excellent. The Lobster roll was ok but that's when compared to the lobster rolls I had in Hayanis which is probably an unfair comparison. Overall I would stop in here again if I ever spend the night at this Sheraton or have a long layover.

I asked for the 1000 island dressing on the side, and my server asked if I wanted the mustard on the side too. I was a little shocked and asked what mustard.... She told me that the ruebens came with mustard. I said yes please, put the mustard on the side. The sandwich came out on toasted bread, with 1000 islands on the side and on the sandwich. Since it is a small airport, navigating to the gate or anywhere is very easy. Terminals are very spacious and there are plenty of food and gifts options. There are more updates coming, especially in terminal A. I saw the newly remodeled section, the layout is relax and open. Another bonus at ALB is, there is a small waiting lot next to the runway where you can watch planes take off. Perfect for aerospace enthusiast

The Granite Club travelers lounge is for folks who have a membership in other Airlines club/lounge programs - such as United Club. It's a bit odd, there is no one manning a desk to admit folks in. Instead, you pick up a phone on the wall by the door and it allegedly rings somewhere in the Airport back in the administrative offices. The person on the other end will then give you a code to enter into the keypad, which will unlock the door. You enter into a small room with three black cushy chairs and two matching couches, a table with four chairs, a printer, a flat screen HD TV and a vending machine. Down a short hallway is a restroom, a coffee station, and several isolated workstations. It's small, clean, and quiet - I was the only one in the Club during my visit.

They could use a few more amenities, but for the size, it's Ok with what they have. Getting in was super easy and getting an uber to downtown Manchester was quick and not super expensive. It's not too far from downtown like some airports.

When my buddy and I arrived at the airport early, we hiked a bit to the North Concourse between Gates 18 and 20, walked downstairs (there's also an elevator) and signed in using my Priority Pass...Chelsea checked us in, informed us about the set up, and since it was a bit early, she also tended bar, pouring beer, making mimosas, as well as spicy bloody marys. Her pleasant and professional demeanor and service with a smile was infectious. In addition to Chelsea's outstanding service, the food in the Escape Room is great, much better in taste and selection than many of the other lounges I have visited throughout my travels. The Escape Lounge in the T.F. Green International Airport is definitely a lounge worth visiting...well, at the airport, it's the only option, but well worth visiting.

There were 9 people ahead of me but I got in in less than 10min. It is a small lounge but has a full bar, hot and and cold food options. The staff and customer service were really great! Everyone was no nice and friendly, especially Jen behind the bar. Food was refilled frequently. They do have a cap on the number of drinks you can get from the bar.
