This place is a hot mess... HOT MESS. There are plenty of other businesses to go to besides this place. They leave paint all over your skin and their gel manicures are uneven and messy looking. On top of all this I got cut on two fingers and to stop the bleeding she put acetone on them and then covered them up with gel polish. The least they could've done for hurting me was do a good job on my nails. I didn't even get that. It's a shame that this place is close to my house but I can't continue coming here with the way their service is declining. read more

I came my first time and left feeling satisfied got gel dip, get and regular on my toes. EXCEPT I got sparkle polish and my toes were SO thick with polish they were wet 2 hours after I left and ended up smudging ALOT. When I came back they filed the gel off my nail all the way through to my natural nails, I asked for gel dip so they wouldn't touch my natural nail and told her that to start. She then continues to file even the gel dip off my nails and they were so thin and bendy and I let them know I was pissed, no discount nothing given. They ended up lifting within 2 days because the old gel dip was still on my nail because it was super half assed work to begin with, I went back she re-did them for free and they lifted AGAIN 2 days later. Very disappointed in the quality of work they produce. I understand feeling rushed and pressured when it gets busy but that doesn't justify neglecting to do a good job. Alex was very respectful and very nice but he seemed as though he didn't know where anything was and was unsure how to properly use the UV light machine. This was completely okay as I understand you might feel pressured to be fast. After the manicure I noticed how uneven , bumpy and thick the gel was and realized it was too late to fix that issue. He asked if I wanted any stickers or designs and I quietly asked if he could clean the edges of my nails as there was nail polish on the sides of my nails on my skin. He "cleans" them up and tells me I'm done. I talked to the owner because there is a lot of issues. The gel is bumpy and super thick, there's black specs all over my all white nails, the edges are not cleaned up and there's clear polish all over the skin around my nails. The owner refused to give me a partial refund and would rather have me come back to fix my nails instead. I've already wasted enough time and do not want to come back and wait longer. When I asked for a partial refund (mind you I do not expect a full refund as I understand that Alex still needs to be paid for his time) instead of having them fix it, the owner acted as though I insulted her and asked for an entire refund. I was very respectful and did not speak in a loud voice as to draw attention to the bad job they did on my nails and was treated as though I was out of line. This was the only time I had available to pamper myself and now I'm stuck with hideous nails and $75 wasted. I understand wanting to fix the nails itself but when a customer expressed that they don't have any more available time to come back to get them fixed then a partial refund should've been offered. Nice big nail salon on north side of Lake Elsinore finally! Wendy and John did a great job on my mani pedi! Shop is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. They offer hair cuts and have a massage chair for ten minute shoulder massages which I did not try. Another plus is they have a Yelp coupon and great grand opening pricing! So far loving this Nail Place, the ladies are so nice and patient, I took my 2 year old and 4 year old niece to get their nails painted and the lady was so patient with them, she took her time gave them lollipops made sure that they felt comfortable. My 2 year old kept moving and messed up the paint in her thumb finger and the lady kindly repainted it. It was $6 for each just for polish, I thought that was pricey but I didn't mind paying because of the great service it is also very clean. Will definitely be coming here again. read more

So I walked in well before closing yesterday and there was one person working on a pedi for a customer. I was hoping to get a couple services done since I have an out of state business meeting this week and really dont feel like primping for it. It was a spur of the moment decision to stop in since my spouse had business a few doors down. Unfortunately I was never greeted...the pedi dude was busy and I get that he was doing something but is it THAT hard to give a hollar to the person manning the desk that a potential customer was in the lobby?? I guess so since he never said anything. After sitting for a few minutes I wandered around a bit but I finally resigned myself to the fact that Elsinore has another so called beauty salon that just leaves customers standing around. Really liked it the first time I went took both my daughters, 3 full sets and face waxing. They did a great job went back a second time for a fill and a gel manicure. They charged me $26 for my fill with gel polish and I had to have 2 nails fixed and $22 for my daughters gel manicure when I questioned why so much for her they said $10 manicure $15 for gel? Really in 13 years of getting my nails done I've only ever paid $5 more for gel polish. Way over pricing sorry I won't be back. read more

Oh Man! Horrible, HORRIBLE Service!! I walk in at 6pm & ask if they have time for a pedi & nails. She "Anna" said Yes! So I ask what time they close and she say at 7. That's pushing it I thought but she said she had time... Started out with the pedi and right away I started second guessing my choice to try this new place. Anna barely even spoke to me & just used pointing more as communication. :/ Then she turned on the water to scalding hot & walked away. I kept trying to gesture to her that the water was too hot but she didn't see me till it was already filled up. So then she had to drain it & add cold. Honestly, this was supposed to be a relaxing treat. But, everything about this visit was uncomfortable & painful. The leg massage was hurried, the exfoliation was rough, the massage chair sucked & was making loud noises like it was old. She kept messing up my nail polish & even painted a HAIR in 1! When I showed her the hair she COVERED IT UP with a second coat of polish & made me ask her to remove the hair & repainted it. Anna seemed to be getting more & more agitated. She was doing the job like she just wanted to go home. Her buffing & filing was so hard my fingers are really sore! She asked me to pay before she even started my nails as if I wasn't going to pay her or didn't have the $. What!? She also wouldn't accept the Yelp coupon either, Saying it was for pedi & mani not pedi & nails. Ok The whole thing took 2 hrs! Way too long!! & then the other lady had the nerve to tell me that it was late & she had an hour drive home!!! That's not my fault! I asked if she had time & she said yes. I'm the paying Customer! I shouldn't be feeling stressed in a place I come to for a relaxing service! I shouldn't be left & ignored or rushed. AND I Definitely don't need to be harassed that my toe nails are to small for you to paint a design on. No other salon has ever had a problem. Honestly, It's not my fault you suck & you're slow! Came here to get my hair and nails done before a wedding and was wonderfully surprised by this shop! I was able to get in as soon as I called and although the ladies here didn't speak english very well they are all so sweet and accommodating and seemed to really care about the work that they do. They made sure that I was happy with my results countless times before I left the store! I came here and got a balayage and trim with Paige, she was so attentive and would constantly check up on me. The colors came out so well in the wedding photos and I will definitely be coming back. **Make sure to bring photos of what you want as her english is limited** On to my nails~ This was my first time getting stiletto nails and I absolutely LOVE them!!! I explained to ANNA a general idea of what I wanted and she went above and beyond. She was so meticulous with her work that it took a little longer than expected but definitely worth the wait *plus I can't say I didn't enjoy the time being pampered. I had the best gel mani/pedi here!! Another reason why I'm leaving a 5 star rating, the gentleman who was giving me the gel pedi - also gave the best foot massage I've experienced! Took out all of the tension! and for another $5 gave me an extra five minutes for my foot and calf massage. He also was a perfectionist when applying the gel polish. My first visit I awful pedicure she literally banged on my feet like they were drums it hurts so much. An urgent need for a pedicure with gel and a manicure black with sparkles I was in the area and decided to give them one more chance. Black with sparkles 4 a New Year's Eve in Hollywood next day brunch with family of both wedding parties needed to take the black and sparklies off but could not take the Sparkles off the black came off the Sparkles wouldn't come off no matter what I tried. The cotton just kept sticking to the Sparkles I couldn't get that off either. So needless to say my nails looked horrific. Days later an important meeting raced back to salon to get this stuff off owner says" I put gel"... no $28 regular mani pedi owner replies I put special Sparkles so they will last long time. You can't do that I should be able to take it off whenever I need to.. I needed It Off. I have a meeting in half an hour please get these Sparkles off. the Sparkles off. Owner says okay girl will take off for you. I told her I had a cut on my thumb and she kept pressing it with nail polish remover over and over. I took my thumb away from her. Then she proceeded to take 15 minutes to get the Sparkles off dot-dot. I couldn't wait to leave I told the girl thank you I got up but a second manicurist began screaming at me you pay you not pay you you going to pay. I said no the owner knows I'm getting this taken off free of charge. Still yelling . Owner says girl don't know give her tip. I had to drive all the way here from Moreno Valley because it was the only way I could get this off for free. I shouldn't have to pay for your mistake other salons would have charged me. you ruined my New Year's now I'm late for a meeting. I got yelled at all the way out the door and was forced to give the girl a tip. I will never ever ever go back there ever ever again. My mom & I wanted to go get a pedicure while I came home for the weekend. I have my normal nail place in Los Angeles, and my mom's normal nail salon is in Murrieta so we decided to turn to Yelp to find a nail salon close to home. We chose this salon because of the amazing reviews but I don't know who is writing these reviews, because I would give it zero stars if I could. I called ahead and asked if they had time for two pedicures in an hour. The woman on the phone was very friendly and said yes, that we could come in anytime. When we walked in, the woman at the front asked if we were the ones who called and told us to pick our color. The salon is very large with several chairs. There were only two people getting pedicures and one woman getting her hair done. There two open seats right next to each other but she started to prepare separate chairs away from each other. I asked her if we could sit next to each other and she gladly prepared the two end chairs. Not only do the massage chairs not work, but on my chair the water spout was broken, and spraying all over me. The woman doing my nails had to cover it so it stopped getting me all wet. I get pedicures often but I have never had such a terrible pedicure before. I felt as though the woman doing my pedicure was doing it for the first time in her life. She didn't cut my cuticles at all, nor did she massage me and forgot to put lotion on my feet. We both paid $5 extra for the callus treatment, but it was just some clear cream on our feet wrapped in Saran Wrap that slid right off. When the pedicure was over and she put my shoes on, she realized she forgot lotion and as I was standing with my shoes on, tried to put lotion on my feet getting lotion on my shoes. Overall the women were friendly and very nice, but we were really disappointed with our experience. We definitely will not be returning. read more

Denny did my gel mani and Ana did my pedicure. They were friendly, but the quality of the work was beyond horrible. After 2 days my gel mani was lifting around the cuticles. Also, the polish wasn't applied evenly so there were areas where the polish was almost transparent and areas where it was thick and lumpy. He didn't even apply oil to my cuticles, i had to ask. He dumped a glob on tgen walked away, didnt even woke the off. The polish on my pedicure wasn't applied completely to the cuticles nor on the sides. Some of my nails were chipped after she clipped them and she didn't even file them to smooth it out until I asked her to. I went back to have them fix it and Denny tried to peel the hell Polish off. I asked him 4 times to not peel it, he wouldn't stop until I yelled at him. Steven fixed my nails and they were perfect, he even apologized for my dissatisfaction. The best gel nails I have ever had in the 40+ years...

Came in on a Sunday , therefore as normal they were busy. But I walked in and no one acknowledged me. (1st complain) I said hello and sat down to wait, mentioned that I was there for a full set since no one asked what I needed to get done (2nd complain). I noticed I had been waiting for about 20 minutes now and no one asked if I wanted to look at polish samples or browse through nail polishes let alone gave me a wait time estimate (3rd complain). About another 10 minutes pass by and a girl walks in, asks to use the restroom, comes back and sits at the nail stations. No more than 5 minutes later a worker comes to help her. (4th complain) I simply walked out. Ridiculous customer service. No greeting , no acknowledgement, no service help, and began working on another client that came in after me after I had been there for easily 30 minutes! And it definitely didn't seem as though she had an appointment since no one asked if she had one and the girl didn't mention it either. I was irritated and preferred to pay more for better customer service. I do not plan on coming back let alone recommend anyone here. read more
