I've accepted that this is officially MY liquor store. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind -- which somehow makes it even more impressive that they're dealing with the general public. They carry my drink of choice, Redd's (which is more than I can say for MANY other places) and even when it's been temporarily out due to vendor shortages -- not on them -- the service is still top-tier. Checkout is always smooth, the vibes are great, and I consistently leave happier than when I walked in, which feels like a very underrated skill. Medium sized liquor store that offers a fairly good variety of wines and spirits (tho not the wines I was specifically looking for). They did have a bottle of Hendrick's Lunar gin that I didn't find at two other liquor stores so it was a plus (but a slightly higher price than I paid in Hawaii), which is the main knock as what others have posted about their prices being on the high side; such as a bottle of Cabernet which normally averages $16 costing $25. Received a call from Bob at this location saying I'd been picked in a lottery to purchase an allocated bottle. Went to buy a bottle and found it was just like anyone else walking in to buy a bottle behind the glass at their full price. Must have been a lottery where everyone wins. That was deceiving, Bob. Maybe try a lottery where a winner actually wins something. A bottle of Blanton's at $250 doesn't make anyone I know feel like a lottery winner. Fool me once read more

Haven't been in here in years, I see why. Very smelly (like toilets need a serious cleaning!) $2.68 for a bottle of Tonic water, (Walmart & Winco same tonic $1.48.) I can purchase Smirnoff for $16.98, this store wants $22-$23 for same brand. I understand that its a neighborhood store but come on, your pricing is exorbitant. read more

I've been to the Liquor Outlet twice now, to pick up a couple small bottles of fun before an outing or two. The store is clean, the prices are decent, and the guy behind the counter is really cool. Its a little out of the way for me to shop here regularly, but I'll stop in if I need something on this side of town. :) read more

This location recently opened and is quickly becoming my favorite wine shop. My girlfriend and I recently stumbled upon this store on Rainbow while driving home and we decided to stop and take a look. Although not as big as other liquor stores in Vegas, this place offers a pretty good selection of wines and spirits at reasonable prices. It is worth mentioning the store clerk/manager Steve is an amazing and courteous gentleman. I am a newbie in the wine scene and he has no issues answering all my questions and making some really good recommendations. Since my first visit, Steve has introduced me to Malbec wine from Argentina, Chenin Blanc, and most recently, a Riesling from Oklahoma (I am yet to taste it)... he has even gone above and beyond in trying to get a wine I am looking for and said he'll talk to his district supervisor to try and get it. What a nice guy! This place is open from 8am to 11:50pm, so if you are in a crunch to get some wine just drop by this place! read more

Every time I stop here I feel like I'm family. Everyone one in the store greets you with a smile. After all what's not to be happy about? I mean, It's always beer thirty in their customers eyes. I know I'm always happy when I'm shopping for a good time. The clerks always offer suggestions and tell you about sales or new brands they're carrying. So helpful! Love it! They have a big selection of beer and wine and speciality spirits. Every time I go here they seem to have some kind of awesome give away going for their customers to enter. I've seeen everything from collector bicycles to Stella Machines. I'm not a big gamer but they also offer a few machines should you want to gamble while waiting for someone who's shopping. Never ask them to hold a bottle for you. I asked them to hold a bottle for me today and when I showed up they said "you're too late, some guys showed up and bought them". This place has a a huge supply of everything, every time I went in they have always been extremely nice and very helpful. They have what I love, Mississippi Mud, and dont usually keep much stock. I got advice from the night guy to talk with Bob who was able to push a 2nd shipment through. I complained a little bit when I first put my post up on here and google, about them having a sign of "checking in" or pretty much supporting social media and you will get a free glass. They finally hooked me up by giving me 2 very nice PBR glasses, that were better looking than the ones they were advertising. Overpriced and poor knowledge from the staff. I teetered on rating this 1 star but the only benefit this store has is that it's open later than other liquor stores. I went in for a Scotch. The salesperson made a whiskey recommendation. I clarified that I was looking for a single malt Islay. He then mispronounced his next recommendation and kept pushing the wrong product. I understand that not everyone is a connoisseur. I don't expect the salesperson to really know a lot about higher end Scotch. That's not the issue. But AT LEAST pronounce the names right. Especially if you are suggesting it saying I "can't go wrong" with it. I wouldn't blindly recommend something to a customer if I'm not even sure how to pronounce the name. Anyway, going against my instincts, I picked up something similar to what I came in for, mostly because the one I wanted was $30 more expensive than Lee's Discount Liquor. And second cause I didn't want to be a dick and not get anything at all. But I regret it. Even though I didn't go with his "recommendation," that overall experience made me not want to go back. At all. If I can't trust the salesperson to say the names of the products they sell correctly, I can't believe they know much about it them either. Go to Lee's Discount. More selection, better prices. Total Wine & More, if you have one near you, is the best prices and largest selection overall. But I'll spend the gas money and plan around their closing hours instead of going back here. I work late hours so that's why I'll give this place a 2 star instead of one cause they're open later. But it's tourist prices. And to be fair my gripe is only with one employee out of the three I've seen there. But I'll take my business elsewhere with better service and bottom line, better selection and prices. Some of the employees are ok but John is so creepy! I went in there tonight and he wasn't even working and was clearly wasted. I get that he wasn't on the clock but I don't think it's very appropriate to hang out where you work drunk bothering everyone. He makes my skin crawl and is so disrespectful. He openly stares, is over the top obnoxious and really weird. At least their prices are cheap. read more
