Once again Sam and Steven saved me when my laptop died. We have been using Totally Computers, Inc. for many years. Being technically challenged, Sam and Steven were able to remove all the data from the old laptop and transfer it to the new one. These guys are great! They worked on a hard drive to retrieve info two years ago. Recently, I lost a connection with the monitor and panicked ...several days before tax time... ran in with the tower and they calmly figured the monitor or connection was at fault... right on... it was the loose connection with the monitor itself. I can't say enough good things about the people at Totally Computer. We have used their services several times in the past and they have proved themselves to be completely reliable, trustworthy, competent and helpful. The rates are very reasonable and they are so knowledgeable. One time my mom took the computer to a certain big box store for repair and they gave her the total run around, said it was a hardware problem, sold her a bill of goods, but Sam quickly identified that it was just a trojan and he fixed it in a snap.
