Otherwise, the service was friendly and fast and the food was very good. My husband had the ranch Swiss burger with fries and I had the hot pastrami sandwich with fried zucchini. With drinks and tip it was $40. The burger and fries were good according to my hubby (who is a burger lover) and my sandwich was huge and well topped (although I had to order the cheese and burger toppings as extra. The location of this Bad Boy Burger makes it a rarity i go here, however on this day I was lucky enough to get to go here. By all standards 3.5 stars but Mama always taught me to round up and be kind. The portion sizes are huge for the price here which is awesome. This place is kinda weird. I feel like the food is not quite what you'd expect when you order. For example, the fry sauce is pink tartar sauce. I like tartar sauce so that's fine. My personal preference would be to sub swiss for American cheese, so next time that's what I'd do. Fries were good, could have been a bit more crispy. But a good sized portion for a combo. They fry sauce was awesome! We added an order of onion rings and that also was a huge portion. Super crispy and well cooked. The onions were sweet bit not so big it's impossible to bite thru. Could have used a bit more salt (same with the fries), but that's something I could add after the fact. Very clean inside. Customer service was excellent. If I lived closer this would be a go-to for burgers. On the rare occasion I'm headed that way I will stop by. Their menu of milkshakes/malts might get me to go for a weekend drive. read more

What makes them different from other burger joints is their wide selection. They have a full breakfast menu and extras to go with you burger like fried zucchini, and cheese tots just to mention a few. And malts and shakes is a bunch of different flavors. And the one we had (cherry) was excellent. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Next time I think I'd get the fried zucchini with a Colossal Burger. I have only gone to their location on Federal Way/Hwy 21 but have always had a good bacon cheeseburger and side of fries or onion rings to go. Can't fix something you don't know about. Was really glad that you opened up on Federal way. been there at least 6 times. Though the last 3 have been really disappointing. 2 of the orders screwed up,. order taker not listening or fulfilling order right. Which makes it worse by the time I get on the freeway to Mt Home. The last 3 orders the tater tots not cooked enough, pale in color and mushy, can't even dunk them in fry sauce without them coming apart, should of been kept in the fryer another 45 seconds to a minute more. But the worse is the beef patties, swear that I was chewing on a piece of rubber. Not to nit pic, but 3 times, I'm hard up for a 4th time. I haven't been to this location till tonight, and it's probably for a reason. When we first got there the menu is big and legible to read for those whom have worse eye sight. My fiancé and I were ordering, we both had to repeat our order back to the cashier (myself twice) and himself(three times); we are particular about our orders especially with my food allergies. Not to mention all of the kitchen staff were all watch us while we placed our order it seemed really creepy. When we sat down we were welcome to sticky, gross tables. While sitting and waiting for the food we felt that the restaurant was unbearably warm especially while eating warm food. If they had a window to open they should have; but none of them looked as if they could open, there wasn't an attempt to open the door and let the restaurant cool down. My food came out fine, the fries were COATED in salt my sandwich was good and piping hot. My fiancés food on the other hand.. he wanted condiments only and received ALL vegetables when he specified it 3 times previous to the cashier. He's not one to bother but the experience wasn't the best, and didn't want to make it worse. While we sat there eating we noticed an employee sitting in the lobby during the entire experience we were there even before hand when we were walking in.
