Came out together so wasn't sure if they purposely waited for everything to be done with serve it. It was a chilly day with one waitress so maybe that's the reason why it was as hot as it should be. I had the fried chicken and fries for dinner. The chicken was well cooked. It was juicy and the crust was great. I just wish it had been spicier. The fries were good and there were enough to share with the two friends I had gone there with. The dipping sauce for the fries was also very good. The service was very good too. What's better than ramen on a cold and rainy day? Being in the assembly area I decided to give Totto Ramen a try. I ordered the Mega Ramen in their spicy paitan version. For the price it is quite a bite of food for ramen; however, it's mainly more noodles and broth. The broth is a little too garlicky and rich for my liking as the garlic overpowers a lot of the taste offered in the ramen. If you order, I would ask for less garlic since there's fried garlic and garlic paste in the broth. The charsui bits included were a mix of slices and chunks, but I personally prefer the slided cuts compared to the chunks as the chunks were a bite on the drier side as you have to shred it to eat it. Overall, I would say it's a little costly for a bowl of ramen for one compared to other places where you could get two bowls of ramen or even a full meal: ramen, appetizer, and drink. read more

The broth just tasted like chicken stock with a hint of curry powder. I liked the firmness of the noodles and the tenderness of the pork, but it wasn't good enough to save the dish. They were wearing gloves and taking extra hygiene measures to ensure that everything remains clean. I ordered their fried chicken bao as an appetizer and it was fire. The chicken was crispy and the steamed bun complimented it perfectly. I also requested spicy mayo and used it as a dip. As for the main dish, I ordered the spicy paitan ramen with pork. The noodles were alright and the broth tasted good. I expected it to be a little more spicy so I was kind of disappointed. One thing I did not like is how you have to pay $2 extra to add an egg to the ramen. Overall, the ramen was very good but I have definitely had better. If I could give this place a 3.5 I would. I got the original ramen. It was not good at all. The noodles were the only thing worth eating. The broth was THICK, almost like condensed chicken soup they didn't add enough water to. Best ramen I've had. The noodles are delicious, the pork was tender and tasty. It was very filling and I added corn, extra bean sprouts, and spicy rayu. $20 was worth it. We were confused, based on their menu it seemed like the meat cost an additional $2 making the bowl of ramen $16 which seemed really expensive. Noodles felt like a $1.00 packet noodle. Egg was ok. $15.00 ( I barely ate my food) Fried chicken, overly battered chicken tenders with fatty dark meat chicken. Overall 3.5 stars. Totto ramen is located in Assembly. It has really convenient parking- there is a parking lot located next to it, and it offers 3 hrs of free retail parking. I came here on a weekday and there was no wait. Great place for a quick bite to eat with friends, but I would not recommend it for a date if you're looking for something intimate- however, there is a paint bar next to it if you do choose to decide to do a casual date. I got their spicy paitan ramen, the spicy version of their signature paitan ramen, and their fried chicken bun sandwich. I was not a fan of the broth of the spicy paitan ramen- there was an adequate amount of fattiness, but it was extremely peppery- specifically, there was a lot of black pepper you can taste it at every sip. The actual spiciness of the broth was less spicy than siracha- if you are debating whether you are deciding between the regular vs. spicy paitan. I chose the chasu as my choice of meat- it was nicely seared, seasoned and just enough fat :). The fried chicken bao was actually really good. If you have to get any appetizer I highly recommend this! The chicken is dark meat so it is super juicy and moist, the outside is fried to perfection and it is well seasoned.
