I've been to a number of ramen spots in the area and I'd put this one in the middle. I'm a fan of a super umami broth with a strong flavor... wouldn't quite stay Totto hit the mark on that scale. The pork was okay, but wasn't anything memorable. I did really like the interior of the restaurant. It wasn't too fancy, but it wasn't too casual either. Service was fairly standard. It's a solid spot if you're in Assembly and looking to grab a quick meal. I don't think I'd go back, given there are better options out there, but it certainly wasn't bad.

Obviously one of the trendiest and tastiest ramens you'll ever get in the area. The interior is nicely decorated and the ambiance is very casual and chill. Service was great, they were very attentive and our food came fast. I got the Spicy Paitan Ramen and I wanted it really spicy so this definitely satisfied my cravings! Lots of thick fresh noodles and I enjoy the thick slices of pork! Pork was nicely marinated and I really like the flavor from torching it. I also ordered a kid ramen for my sister but it is just noodles and soup for like $9 and I would like to see some meat in there for that price. Overall, a good place for good ramen, good vibes, and good service.

I came here because a friend of mine recommended it. It's located in a large outdoor shopping outlet with many eateries, so we settled on this because I haven't had ramen in many months. The menu is small which is great because it means the food is probably of high quality. The layout is nice and our server was on top of everything. It's quite expensive however, but given how touristy the area is it didn't surprise me. I got the spicy ramen with chicken and had them add fried garlic. It definitely brought the heat and everything was delicious all around. My only complaint was the chicken, which was tough and lacked flavor by itself.

I love ramen and this place kinda traumatized me Spicy miso -reg miso but with spicy paste you mixed in yourself. It was more like a salty bean paste so I was confused Gyudon -watery rice, liquid pooling on bottom from rice, cucumber, and pickled onion juice Chicken Paitan -so incredibly mid bad even, Pork bao -had reg mayo instead of kewpie (I think) it was strange

I love having a real ramen restaurant in Assembly Row! I've been coming here for years and it is so good! I like how the menu is straightforward with just a couple options. The noodles are wicked filling and delicious. The restaurant itself is small but it works for what this location is; an intimate ramen restaurant where you won't plan to spend a long time at. The service is fast and you'll be in and out much faster than a typical restaurant. They do serve alcohol here if you are wondering! Overall I would recommend this restaurant for single customers or couples. Don't come as a crowd. It's a nice small restaurant vibe and it works well!

Small menu but has all the popular Korean/Japanese options like Korean fried chicken, pork buns and ramen. I got the Spicy Paitan Ramen, which was OK because I have had much better - sorry but it is very hard to beat Philly's Terakawa Ramen. It wasn't spicy enough for me to feel the heat. We also tried their Curry Ramen, it was mildly flavored and had no heat. Overall just okay and hope they can work on their flavors a bit more.

The ramen wasn't anything special, it didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked. It was a good place to grab a meal and sit outside in the summer, but would not go again.

Stupendous. I ordered the "signature" paitan ramen with pork, which included both pulled and sliced pork, scallions, seaweed, and a creamy broth packed with favor. Wife ordered the shrimp ramen, also spectacular. This will be a regular, for sure.

Ramen was perfectly tender, broth was rich with flavor, and the fahts were crazy. Will definitely be back.

The quality and taste of ramen is suprisingly poor. Too bad, so much potential for being in that location!

Did not show up for many many years, suddenly I came here for Miso Ramen and bowl made my day. I ordered Regular size but I should have Large size, they have S, R, and L. Had to finish all soup. Kitchen work is super smooth in Zen spirit, soup and noodle was just perfect. Chashuu did not hit my new favorite bell but still good. Although I could use more green onion without upgrading order. Temperature of the soup and noodle done balanced well, I could not ask more. Great chef, staffs and very professional casual business mind, I will be coming back soon for Miso Ramen which I always have been asking at most of my Ramen Way All My LifeThanks !

Shoyu Tsukemen: The tsukemen noodles were much larger than the ramen noodles; a small portion had 200 grams of noodles, which were quite thick and chewy. The chashu叉焼 was stewed until tender, but the broth was extremely oily and had a strong porky smell, which was nauseating. Karaage: It was a little overcooked, but fresh and hot, so it was still pretty good. The sauce was a bit spicy, which was interesting. Aji-tama: The taste was neither good nor bad, but I found eggshell in it. After I reported this, the staff first asked if I had cut myself, and then readily gave me a refund, which was nice.

Both were full of flavor and really well done. My boyfriend ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and gave it a 3/5--he felt the broth was a bit basic and could have used more depth. Compared to our visit to the Chinatown location, the Harvard location was infinitely better. The food quality, wait time, and service were all top-notch, and the flavor profile overall was stronger. At Chinatown, we tried the Pork Gyoza (4/5), Samurao duck baos (4/5), signature ramen (3/5), and the sake (2/5). We'd definitely return to the Harvard location.

We weren't greeted or anything and we just stood there and waited until I asked if we could sit upstairs. I'm not sure if we were suppose to get seated on our own or what. The menus were paper and were really dirty, old, and ripping apart. Tables and chairs were sticky. We almost wanted to get up and leave but we decided to stay because we heard the ramen was good. Off the bat, the menu seems pretty limited compared to what we saw online (tik tok, instagram) so we didn't get to order what we came for. We went with a basic tonkotsu ramen and out of all 3 of us, we did not like the tonkotsu ramen. The broth didn't have much flavor and the noodles were bland, the only thing that saved the dish was the pork. We also got several appetizers, the chicken wings were really good. Overall, pretty disappointed. It was our first time here and we will not be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here!…read more We got the signature miso ($15) ramen and the red devil ($17) ramen. Since we were here on a weekday we tried the ramen combos (+$2 each) and added a tsukune bun and 2 pieces of chicken karaage. The tsukune bun was delicious! The chicken meatball was so juicy and the bun came with a zesty horseradish/wasabi sauce. The karaage was also quite crispy and tasty, although I wish it came with the same sauce that the tsukune bun had. The ramen was delicious. Although their chashu was lean, it was so tender that it melted in my mouth. The ground pork was also surprisingly delicious! I often find that the ground pork at other ramen spots is forgettable, but the ground pork here was rich, perfectly seasoned, and not too dry. I'm a sucker for soft-boiled eggs and the egg here made my day (I might even order extra egg next time!). I was actually not a fan of the corn fritter. It had a fun texture but I would have preferred loose corn in my ramen. However, a lot of other reviewers seem to love it. The ramen noodles were nicely al dente and both broths I tried were very rich. The red devil is no joke! To me it was more spicy than the classic buldak spicy chicken ramen. While the red devil broth was very spicy, I could still taste the nuttiness from the miso. I look forward to trying their other ramen and dishes.

The karaage was awesome, but our ramen broths both times have felt lacking, compared to other ramen spots. The flavors are not deep and sometimes the broth feels bland.
