Imagine my frustration coming out of the Doobie Brothers concert and see some idiot scratched the rear fender of my BMW and of course, didn't leave a note. I poked and prodded a bit but ultimately decided to just let the man work. He was at my home for 5 hours, when the repair was finished there was no trace of what had happened to my car. He did the repair in my garage and left not a trace of the tape or plastic he used to protect the surrounding areas during the process.
