Well our old house decided that the plumbing needed to be fixed, so we tore out the kitchen and front yard to replace a sagging pipe due to defective grade. It was backing up and cause damage inside the house. Our insurance covered it thank god and after searching for the right company we found TDP. Not only were they 1/3 cheaper then the big name(Rooter Hero-rooter rip off) they are local and family owner and awesome. Rich came to the house did the inspection and moved on to the work. Him and his team kicked ass in 5 days and had the kitchen ripped out and pipe replaced and working great. He was communicative, professional and made the whole thing so much less stressful then it could have been. We recommend this company 1000% percent! Rich replied immediately to my plumbing issue and his worker, Matt came promptly on time. Our kitchen sink stopped draining as well as the downstairs bathroom shower. The drains then started leaking. My dad tried to fix it but unfortunately got the cable stuck. Matt was able to get the cable out as it had been stuck for several days with my Dad attempting many times to get it out himself. I called and spoke to the owner who gave a great price and response time. After setting a time frame of about 530 pm, I waited for the plumber to arrive. Come 7:00 pm, no call, no update. I had to send a text asking the plumber to please let me know if they were unable to make it or I could reschedule. The plumber again told me "so sorry, 20 minutes" Another 45 MINUTES passes by and nothing. Finally, about 8:00 pm I just told him to cancel and how unacceptable it was to keep someone around waiting for their service, with not so much as even a text or phone call as to the delay. In the end, the dude said " my tech got delayed". LIES because the male I was talking to directly was the one that said he was responding.
