Staff here they have tendency to forget to refill water so try to request 2-3 glasses in advance when they ask for drink orders. Always check out the menu board - The specials can be interesting. My fave on that board that they offer sometimes is the beef tendon with tofu for like $6 ish. Love it with a side of white rice . The sauce is delicious. Reminds me of beef gyudon sauce.
