Highly recommend Tina at Tracy's Nails & Spa! I felt welcomed as I walked in. Went in for a 2pm appt and was seated right away! Tina was kind and professional! My pedicure looks beautiful! The price was right and there was no hard upsell. Tina's leg massage was so relaxing! The spa chair was great! I never felt rushed as I comfortably read my book. Thanks Tracy's Nails & Spa!

I came to visit my sister here in Southern California and she highly recommended Becky from Tracy's Nails & Spa. I typically get my nails done regularly but this past few months, i just didn't have time. Extremely happy with the detail and quality of service Becky has provided. I had been a customer of this nail salon for a few months now and was OK with how my nails turned out in each visit. One common observation though is they are always running late and I never get attended to on time. I also noticed that Brandon (who does my fills) would always be rushing since I would set up my appts at 530pm which is usually the last appt for the day. It feels like he is rushing to get my nails done so he can go home. Last Fri, 1/10 I had an appt for a fill and pedi and as usual I was not attended to until 20 mins later. As Brandon started working on my nails with the nail drill, I felt a sudden jolt on my pinky finger. 3 seconds later, I found my finger bleeding and realized he had cut through my finger. I have nothing against him personally. He seemed nice but negligence like this is unacceptable! I'm never going back to this nail salon again.

Terrible manicure & pedicure. The nail polish was all over my cuticles and skin even after I asked them to clean it. The cuticle cutting was also really painful and now my toe feels very raw and sensitive.

Today was my first appointment, and I'm extremely impressed! I had Kim do a pink fill, and you can tell that she cares about quality and pays attention to detail. I left one of their competitors because the competitor's prices were becoming outrageous. Tracy's Nails had wonderful prices and terrific service. This is definitely my new nail salon! read more

This is my 5th time coming here and still very satisfied with every pedicure service they provided. Very detailed with cleaning which is the most important thing to me. Everyone can apply nail color but this place always provides great quality cuticle cleaning and massage. Never feel rushed like other nail salons. This nail shop is always busy and booked because it's the best nail shop in Valencia. I've tried 2 other nail shops nothing comes close to their pedicure service. I highly recommend, Tracy's Nails!!! read more

Never disappointed when I go here. Service is always thorough. The owner is extremely nice & remembers names of almost everyone who comes in. I called ahead and made an appointment on the day of, they told me they had availability in the afternoon. I told the lady on the phone I needed a nail polish change, my nails were already filled I just needed them to be repainted and I wanted a design. I offered to send the design over, stating I wanted "sea shell nails" This is a major trend online and I was leaving the following day for a vacation. I get there and sat down, I showed the girl the picture I wanted and she said they didn't have "gel x to make 3 d designs, or pearl decals" I scrapped that design and showed her a few more/ she told me "I had to pick 1 color" they wouldn't let me do pink and blue- she kept pushing for a French tip. I was annoyed at this point she wouldn't do any of the designs I showed her or wanted (mostly flowers) so I picked a pink color that had a shiny top to look like a pearl. She painted them, and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. They charged me $30 for that, a nail polish change. Without a design. Just to repaint my nails... I won't be returning. I was disappointed that they didn't tell me head of time "no design" she told me she didn't have time when I asked why I called and make an appointment and asked specifically for a design. I've had a pedicure before and it was great. I wouldn't go back for a nail design, considering that was a huge no. My nails are still painted from this visit and holding up fine, but it's just a paint job. Could have gone somewhere else for much cheaper for that. I wish the girl doing my nails would have been a little bit more flexible, she was pushy acting like she didn't have time for me. read more

Just went for a gel pedicure with Julie. It had been a while since my last pedicure and she did a great, and painless job getting my feet and toenails back to being callous free and beautiful. I have becoming here for quite a while and I leave satisfied every time I come. Brandon does an amazing job with my acrylics! I usually show up & show him a picture of what I want & he never disappoints! The pedicures are awesome as well. The sweet ladies take their time & you feel the comfort instantly. This is my favorite place in Santa Clarita. Once you find someone you love make sure you remember their name and ask for them every time. Some of the nail technicians aren't very good at nail art so make sure you request someone who knows how if you are interested in that. Read the reviews and decided to give this salon a try. Making an appointment on Yelp was easy. Super pleased with my experience. Haven't had acrylics done for years and had a lot of questions. Update - I've been a loyal client for years but customer service has really declined. The salon is pretty dirty and I'd always have interruptions when I was getting my nails done. The technicians would start on my nails and then briefly leave to attend to someone else and then come back. I never complained but I think they took that for granted. During my last visit both technicians (the women that I used for years) almost completely ignored me and my nails. I have been coming here long enough that they felt comfortable to take care of everyone else because I never complained about it previously. OK. I get it. I will bring my money somewhere else. And this salon really is pretty dirty. read more

I snatched my hand back and told her she could not pull it off like that. She then proceeded to file it off to replace it. She was barely putting enough glue to make the tips stay on. Once she started to apply the acrylic powder she had so many holes and it was totally lumpy and thin. She finished one hand and it was terrible, she then tried to start my next hand and I asked her was she going to fix this hand first? She was confused and asked did I want it thicker? I told her no I wanted her to make the acrylic smooth and even. I then asked for the manager so I could get somone to do my nails that actually knew what they were doing. The manager came and tried to say she wasn't finished yet. I told her I am a licensed Cosmetologist and this lady clearly does not know what she is doing. She switched me to a new technician so he could finish my nails. I still thanked the other lady, I just could'nt pay $85 for nails that looked like trash. The new technician finished my other hand and tried to fix the hand the first technician messed up. I ended up getting decent nails with a beautiful design and I was actually happy even though it started off rocky. Well less than 24hrs on Saturday my first nail broke, Then Sunday my 2nd nail broke, and finally on Monday my 3rd nail broke. They all broke in the same place, where the tip was. Like I said earlier the lady was struggling gluing my tips on. So I went to the Salon on Tuesday when I got back in town, the manager wasn't there, so I came back on Wednesday. She told me they would take all my nails off and re-do them because we were worried the rest would start breaking at the tip. So I made an appointment for Thursday. Well when I get there Thursday the technician refused to do my nails, saying that they was scared that it would happen again. I asked the manager why would you tell me they would do it over and now refusing to fix their mistakes. She offered me a refund, but now I am extremely upset. I changed my plans to have my nails done. Now it's 4th of July weekend my nails are messed up and now I have to pay extra for someone to take my nails off just to get them done over. I will never come back to this establishment, I should have trusted the other reviews and not waste my time, money, and energy here. Please make sure you speak up when someone is doing your nails, everyone here is clearly not licensed and DOES NOT have the experience!

Back in May my Mother and I had finished a 5k and my brother got us an OPI special pedicure/message. That was the best pedicure I either of us had ever had. I wish I could remember who had helped us out because they were amazing. I had also gone ahead a got a full set of acrylics, most places rush through them but the people at Tracy's really take the time to make sure the nails are even, straight and the polish is perfect. I really appreciate that especially after my last visit at Top Spa (never going back). This past time I went was a few weeks ago and this time I only got a full set. They always seem to be fairly busy so I went ahead and made an appt. I arrived at 2:25 just before my appointment and they took me right on the nose at 2:30. Jade helped me out this time and I really recommend her. My nails had never been in better hands; again she took her time making sure each nail was precise. I also had some open cuts around my cuticles and she was gentle and carful around them. All in all this is the only nail place I will go to in Santa Clarita anymore. Feedback on Today's Visit 6/24 I've been a loyal client for years, and I was truly disappointed with the service I received this morning from Kim, the owner. I believe every client deserves kindness and respect--unfortunately, that was not my experience today. Thankfully, a few kind clients were generous enough to offer their appointment slots, and I'm especially grateful to Julie, who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She was professional, polite, and genuinely kind--exactly what good service should look like. However, it's not acceptable for a salon owner to treat clients with such disregard. Refusing to finish a service simply because you're not in the mood isn't just unprofessional--it's disrespectful. I hope this feedback encourages more thoughtful, courteous behavior in the future. I made an appointment at 12:00pm for two pedicures (for myself and spouse) with a 24 advanced notice. I assume that 2 appointments that come in together gets started together. But my husband got started first, who doesn't need time for the nail polish to dry bc he doesn't get polish and 5 other customers that walked in after we did also got started immediately (I don't know if they have appointments or not). It is 12:29 now, and although I am seated in a pedicure chair, I am the only customer that hasn't gotten started. I am irritated that the staff doesn't consider the logistics of a group appointment so that one doesn't have to sit around waiting for another. This was a great nail salon!!! I have tried sooooo many and this one was way better than the last experience I had (my last review). I went here with my sisters for a girls day out, and this was fantastic. We all got to sit together, and the actual service was great. She actually put effort into making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I got a regular mani and pedi with callus treatment (I know, gross) but I really thought the girl was great. If I lived closer I would go all the time. The only reason I didn't do a 5 star was because i like when they put a liner in the bowls for cleanliness. read more

Update: I have been coming to Diana for acrylics ever since my last review! She knows exactly what I want and never fails to impress me, even when I'm super picky!! She's the best I had an appointment for a fill and my sister came as a walk in for gel manicure which they were able to accommodate. Diana did my fill and Tracy did the gel manicure. Both did a great job, however, Diana accidentally cut my finger but she was very attentive to making sure I was okay. My sister and I got the same color--pink holographic, which was so beautiful. read more

Brandon is the BEST Nail Tech out there! I have been going to Brandon for my acrylics for 5 years. I am so picky about my nails, Brandon NEVER misses anything. Absolutely love my nails!!! I recently moved and had visited a few other nail salons and had horrible experiences. This is by far one of the best salons in town! I have known Brandon for years and followed him from another salon and it was one of the best decisions I could have made.
