I was not overly impressed by the drinks, especially given the hefty price tag. My latte tasted almost exclusively of milk and there was very little coffee taste. The matcha was good, but there were some chunks in it. While we were waiting for our drinks, one of the baristas spilt a drink on the counter. They make them here and send them to other Tinker locations! They are the perfect blend of savory and a tad sweet and go super well with their coffee and/or London Fog tea. Yum! My dad did not know what to order and asked what tea is refreshing and is one that the barista would recommend. The barista said that the green tea is really popular, but did not ask whether he wanted it hot or iced or give a recommendation for that. The tea came out hot on a hot day where we planning to walk the Monon and check out other local businesses. To be fair, I did ask him if he wanted me to ask for the drink to be remade or to get him a new one as I had overheard his order and also assumed it would be coming out iced.
