I came back!! Way sooner than I expected too I'm so happy they had the 2 cloud items we liked. Got it again, cloud bagel and cloud minis. They were placed in different areas than the first time I found them. I did notice other items I would like to try next time. The new treat I picked was a crookie. A croissant cookie, cookie croissant Pretty much cookies with a croissant in between. Oh I did grab a little mini madeleine (not pictured) I pointed out the crookie to another customer and she was like it must taste good because everything here tastes good. I totally agreed with her and said yes so true!! The crookie was delicious and even after a few days too I want to try the purple loaf bread next, I forget the name but potato bread is what I noticed I don't remember if there was sitting inside because I usually take to go but they have beautiful seating outdoors. I was able to get the disabled parking right up front the 2 times I visited but FYI this is a busy parking lot. read more

We have been pleasantly surprised at this more local bakery that we had not realized has a strong reputation for quality and service! I have been in several times to grab a coffee or matcha, and the have always been on point and delicious - have tried familiar pastries such as macarons and croissants as well as new fusion creations that include savory creations that have Kim chi baked in them. All have been delicious - my mom who avoids sweets gobbled up a strawberry croissant and pistachio macaron in less than 10 minutes, and out of town family we brought in equally loves the treats! The staff is friendly and professional (not the norm for bakery/cafes in the area) and the setting is always clean and picture perfect! Would recommend to anyone read more

Outside has dozen+ tables for seating. Noonish all shelves seen full with freshly made goods. Self service grab with tongs & bringing it up to register to ring up. Offerings: drinks, sandwiches, cakes, puffy pastries, donuts, bakes, croissants, rolls, croquettes. Bites: yuzu pie (3.95) -not actual pie, looks like baked multi-layers of flakiness infused with yuzu flavored spread. *yuzu is a Japanese fruit with lemon, grapefruit & mandarin orange notes. Curry croquette (3.95) -similiar to a turnover, it's deep fried with a filling of intense curry taste with bits of potato & onions. *both are good for snaking any time of day. So glad this Korean French bakery is in town! Tou Les Jours is one of my go to for birthday cakes so it's great that they have opened this new location. I've dropped by several times. Restaurant is clean, has limited indoor and outdoor seating, but there are many choices for fresh pastries and beautiful cakes. Excited that they have cookie croissants too! Also glad that they put up labels with potential allergens for a heads up, it's nice to see a few choices without eggs and without dairy. I've needed to ask questions about ordering on several occasions and the cashiers were friendly and responsive, went back to the kitchen to ask the questions if they did not know the answers. Stopped by here for some coffee and pastries for our drive back. It was a good-sized store, not too busy but we noticed that there were some items that already ran out. This location has better a quality overall than nearby Tous Les Jours stores so J was so happy to figure out we have one in town! The service wasn't as smooth - in terms of the cashier, table cleaning, and restroom set up - but hope they get better over time as they just newly opened. So happy a location opened up near me. I used to go to the Dublin location to study a lot and I love their pastries. I was warmly greeted by every employee as I walked in. The layout is nice and quaint with a small indoor seating area and a few outdoor tables. They had a nice selection of pastries but a lot more sweet than savory compared to other locations (in my opinion). My 5 yr old daughter chose her own birthday cake. We received the wrong cake, unfortunately it was a busy day and someone else picked up the cake instead of me and they didn't know the difference. Going back to the store to dispute it or whatever would probably ruin her birthday so we had to keep it. The cake wasn't bad, but not what she wanted and she took a couple of bites and moved on. So happy this establishment is here in San Ramon! They have freshly baked goodies (with some that have time stamps for freshness) and small indoor seating area that was clean. This just opened in my city and I was super excited to try it out. I will say that at the time of day I went. It was about an hour from closing time. So unfortunately, their selection was limited. They were definitely still working out the kinks of being new. But their actual pastries were very fresh. The service was kind enough, but you could tell that they were all still in training. I'm gonna go back again. And give them another shot because of the time that I went in. And the fact that they weren't new. Super cute location, though. read more

Checked out this newly opened cafe, interior was nicely decorated but the entrance awning was leaking heavily on this rainy day when we entered. Watch your steps slippery. Selection was good but while my daughter waited at the cashier to pay, 3 workers stood in front of the cashier registered chatting but no want offered to help ring her up. We saw a sign that you could sign up for the app and get a free cookie so we did. The girl who helped us knew we were installing the app but went ahead to ring us up. We paid and when I showed her the code to get the free cookie, she told me I have to buy something and we said we just did! She said sorry you already paid so we can't gave you the cookie. Not even bother to try and she knew we were installing the app right in front of her so she could have process our transaction properly. I'm so excited that Tous Les Jours finally opened in our neighborhood! The bakery is bright, clean, and beautifully organized. Everything looks fresh and thoughtfully displayed. We tried a few pastries and they were all delicious - perfectly balanced sweetness and great texture. You can really taste the quality. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It's such a nice spot to grab coffee and pastries without having to drive far. 5 stars to the employees and the way the place greets you with fresh colors and pastries when you enter. Of the pastries I tried, all fell short except for the mushroom onion pastry. This appears to be an all style and little substance kind of bakery. I bought an almond croissant, half dozen macarons and they gifted me a sample of a pale pastel hot dog bun-shaped dessert with cream inside. Unfortunately none of them are worth a second try. However the mushroom onion cheese pastry was a tasty breakfast for my outing at Mt. Diablo. I was pleased with it and the coffee was good. read more

I ordered a cake a day ahead to pick up on 4/12 at this store, on their OWN WEBSITE, got an email confirmation too. When I showed up for the pickup, I was told they did not have it. Couldn't find the order in their system. Not to hold other customers, we paid for our quick lunch, sat down and checked the transaction on my credit card. I saw TWO charges of $51.58 for a SINGLE order of 1 strawberry tiramisu cake. When I presented the duplicate transactions and the confirmation email of 1 order of the cake, I was told again that they don't see the order on their part. Not a single word of apology. No explanation. Not even a suggestion for substitution. I had to pressure this clerk named "Millie", to get any help, but I felt like I was being treated like a nuisance. The only saving grace was the other clerk who worked alongside with her (she wasn't wearing a name tag) , who kindly offer to contact the store manager with my order number and mobile number to resolve the issue. I have not received the call yet, and while I never canceled the order myself, when I clicked on "track order" in the email, it shows as my order has been canceled. Whether the clerk has done this or automatic cancellation, i have no idea. But one of the duplicate charge when through and I see now $51.58 FOR AN ORDER I WAS TOLD WASN'T THERE. Now I have to waste time to dispute the charge. Again I placed a pickup order on YOUR OWN WEBSITE and could get zero help at the store - This will be the first and last time to visit this store.
